Giurisprudenza

Le massime ufficiali delle sezioni Unite della Corte di Cassazione civile e penale degli ultimi 10 anni, correlate agli articoli dei codici e alle disposizioni di attuazione. La presenza di massime collegate è segnalata dal pulsante delle correlazioni che risulta attivo nella barra di navigazione del documento in consultazione, posta in alto a destra.

2) Il Prontuario del Codice della Strada, che consente di essere sempre aggiornati sulle novità inerenti le infrazioni al Codice della Strada.

Prontuario codice della strada:
In oltre 150 schede vengono evidenziate, per ogni articolo del Codice della strada, le molteplici ipotesi di infrazioni previste dai singoli commi, individuando le sanzioni applicabili, la possibilità di provvedere al pagamento in misura ridotta, oltre i punteggi relativi alla patente a punti. Utili informazioni sono inoltre fornite dalle note operative autorali. In più, nel modulo è compreso il testo completo del Nuovo Codice della Strada nonché il relativo Regolamento di esecuzione e di attuazione.
Le schede infrazioni e gli articoli del Codice e del Regolamento sono collegati tra loro attraverso il sistema delle correlazioni.
