MyWind (App ufficiale Wind) for Android
Good app. Does what it needs to and is organised well. In the widgets, could you perhaps offer us the ability to select if we want to see the next month's renewal date for the offer we have going, so I can keep a tab on how much internet I can use in the time I have available until the next renewal? (eg. If I see the date on the widget I know that I have "x" amount of gigs/sms's/minutes left to use in "x" amount of days.) That way I don't have to keep clicking the actual app to see the next renewal date all the time and I can have it there at a glance on the widget to better organise my usage. Thanks! *The last update (March 2018) says that you can see your gig count but you have to go into the actual app to see that. It's not visible on the actual widget which would be so much more convenient than having to always go into the app. I would like to be able to hit the refresh button on my widget and see the amount of gigs I have left be updated, not just the gig percentage.
Mi piacerebbe sapere utilità di un widget che non aggiorna in automatico il contenuto. Non sarebbe il caso che Wind, periodicamente mandi aggiornamento del residuo direttamente dal server alle singole app per aggiornare in automatico il widget? Magari usando messaggi Google cloud messaging a bassa priorità così da non fare traffico eccessivo, non consumare batteria.

People in your ships are not well versed with the rules. I was told that Call your country Gold is a part of Easy Europe. I lost my balance when making calls from Slovenia and only then I realised that the plan is not Valid in EU but only in Italy. Now I am stuck with a useless plan while I am travelling through Europe.
I'm totally satisfied with the wind service....... Yeh the do took my credit last year when i came back from Spain but after calling them... Things are going well
It's as useful as it sounds, but you can't check how much data you have if you're offline. I want to know if I've got any data left, but to do that I have to turn data on... it can be an expensive risk if I actually don't have any data. Aside from that, it's still very useful!
When You have no internet you can't access to the top up service. Pretty nice would be to use like a old sms system for that part of the app. Plus wind never leaves you credit in order to use data to top up. When there is no connection you can't close the app
Permette di tenere sotto controllo il piano tariffario, le proprie offerte e effettuare ricariche online senza problemi e, di recente, hanno aggiunto la possibi;ità di accedere all'app anche senza credito sulla sim (utile per le ricariche via internet amche fuori casa)... Peccato, però, che i dati non si aggiornano in tempo reale ma c'é un ritardo di circa 15-30 minuti
No English option. Incomplete info. After a week on a new plan, I had no service. No explanation of what happened. Went to customer service kiosk in Florence. They could not tell me what happened and didn't care; insisted I give them 5 euros. Which I did. The app shows that I made one 5 second call and I am entitled to 500 minutes. I had a mere 8 sms, I was entitled to many more. The app says I used NO data. I was entitled to 8 gigabytes. So why was the extra 5 euros required? Why? I tried to call the customer service number multiple times which the customer service rep at the kiosk pointed out to me. I get an Italian robot. I have a basic understanding of Italian but robot voice and the underlay of music behind the voice, it is impossible to understand what is being said. Whatever choices I select, I get a hang up. Wind Italy is a disaster and this app has very limited info -- it is no help. If one is to trust a company and continue with it, it is imperative to know why they are demanding money that they are not owed. Horrible, horrible customer service -- on the app, in person -- and one cannot even get through on the phone.
It's black hole on money. they charge you for what they want to. I was told that for my money, what I had have prepaid on spot, I get 20GB INTERNET. Letter when it was not working they want anther fee anther fee and at the end the fee from the fee and the Internet has still not working. Worst company ever.
Per chi si lamenta degli abbonamenti attivati involontariamente, che magari scalano 5€/settimana. Non avete neanche provato a chiamare la Wind, ma scrivete tantissime recensioni negative. Personalmente avevo attivato un servizio in abbonamento involontariamente, cliccando sulle pubblicità che compaiono all'improvviso; ho chiamato la Wind, mi hanno bloccato il servizio e mi hanno rimborsato esattamente i 3€ scalati in precedenza, e su internet si legge di moltissime altre persone che si sono fatte rimborsare.
They immediately disabled this app when they added a new one (Veon), but you can only download & install Veon if your Google account is Italian! Hopefully they'll fix the new app permissions asap. In the meantime I have to jump through hoops to verify things the app provided.
I have a package of 9 euros for 28 days or 30 days that i am not sure but I recharged on 26th October it says package will expire on 13th november, is it fare I don't think so I need to know what's wrong and why is it this way
The worst mobile company I have dealt with ever! They basically stole €50 from me. Supposed to get 2 months of internet, got one and when trying to sort their customer service is non existent. Tried buying more credit through this app and it took my money and gave me nothing. One morning it showed my credit, I had internet for 10 minutes and then gone again. When customer service replies it is with one sentence and then nothing for days then one sentence again like "hello". Even used their customer service app with the same result. Basically thieves which is a shame as I had good service for half my paid term. Shame on you Wind.

Il traffico dati e il credito residuo visualizzato nell' app non è sincronizzato con quello sul numero di Ricarica 4242, con una differenza di €1,30. Inoltre la percentuale di GB disponibili prima del rinnovo non mi servono e una quantità in MB non farebbe male.

Widget not working, it says "we are upgrading our servers" but it has been 3 months now, doesn't remember the user so i have to log every time, please fix this (Italy) Il widget non funziona, dice che i server sono in aggiornamento ma ormai è 3 mesi che lo dice, provando ad accedere per visualizzare le info l'app non ricorda l'accesso, per favore sistemate
Wind talk is not active anymore -how useful is this?!?! Like the other customer service of Wind - totally useless.
It would be nice if you could top up when you've run out of data without having to connect with WiFi. Real problem if you're out in the field not near WiFi.
I left Wind of other reasons. Now I have returned. If Wind continues to be so good I will stay. Forever.

Da un paio di mesi non posso accedere l'app , il recupero credenziali non da nessun risultato! Sono deluso!
Devo ogni volta immettere Username e Pass, continui crash e Widget praticamente inutili visto che non riesci mai a caricare.
Steal your credit without your permission. They show internet in percentage to scam you. You will not know how many mb or GB left.

This is the best mobile operators app. Well organized, nice widget, detailed information, perfect. Why four stars then? Because it's very heavy on battery and app itself is huge. 30mb is way too heavy for app of this kind. Lower size and battery consumption and I'll give you five stars.
