It is getting better. Thanks

new version, same problem! generally it's a good idea to maintain a product with updates even when it is a stupid robot for mowing. BUT every new version for app and robot makes things worse! no communication between app and robot since April 07! please search for a competent developer, pay some extra bugs and fix this crappy app!!

Works OK now after several updates. It is still not very user friendly and it is missing some features that would be nice to have, like a countdown on the rain delay to know when it will start cutting after rain. Battery status would also be nice.

by Q####:

Works ok, some elements not intuitive. i.e the +&- for workinghours, loosing connection with Mover every now and then but that maybe local wifi coverage and has nothing to do with the app? Where can I find userguide?

Had major troubles with the robot after update in September but resetting the multi zones solved it.

Q70%
by Q####:

It was ok, working fine even with minimal functions and controls, but at least the necessary ones. After the last update the button to start mowing manually (off schedule) disappeared!! Why?? I found it very useful, and now is not there anymore!

Q70%
by Q####:

The app is not intuitive. No explanation for the different sections of the app exists, except for multi zone (but please bring back the distance settings so I can change them manually) What does the circle with the percentage indicated? Percentage of what? What does mowing time slider do? How do I check the charge level of the machine? How do I set a schedule that runes from evening to next morning? How do I set multiple schedules on one day? How do I get push notifications when the mower gets stuck? This app needs some work, but after having used it for a couple of months I have gotten use to it...

Who the hell authorised this latest "update"?! That person should look for a new job, I think. Now, the app is completely unusable, thankfully, the robot keeps going on the old schedule, whilst the app only says "the landroid appears to be offline". Needless to say, you need this done right, and very, very soon....

The new update turned everything upside down! Time delay after rain cannot be changed from 0, customer support is zero. Awful.

I will start off by saying that I like the existence of an app for these types of settings. There are however some issues that truly needs fixing. 1. Documentation/help is required in the app. Several things are hard to get right now. 2. The lock feature is rumoured to be such as if no contact has been with the app in the last three days. The landroid stops operating. This is for one inconvenient if I need to use the app while on vacation. But as the landroid seem to hibernate its wifi connection regularily while charging it becomes very hard to manage. 3. The scheduling feature is very bold. No possibility to schedule multiple windows in a day is problematic. 4. In order to test the boundary wire upon installation, there is a need to actually trigger edge cutting manually. It seems like the landroid is driving a little bit slower and therefore sensing the signal slightly better when edge cutting. Therefore it seems to be slightly different than the going home program. 5. Although I know it is hard to answer individual e-mails I will mention that I haven't received responses to questions I've sent. If bullet #1 is solved and maintained, then I believe that the e-mail load may be lowered. Edit: Problems introduced by last app update are fixed. Seems like something had to be fixed server-side. I do dislike the fact that this communication depend on a positec server. What happens the day you file for chapter 11?

App needs additional features

Q70%

None intuitive app and no help or manual that is a bad combo. But even bad apps can go a long way with a good manual. And I guess the devs have some notes or even dokumentation laying around that they could share with the user base. I do like the robot but it is a bit useless with this app as it's backed. Also a note in the manual that the wifi chip only supports G network would be useful ;)

Application don't have any help! Where we can find a help?

N70%
by N####:

A good start but could use some more information about current status e.g. charging complete etc. Also notification when it got stuck or outside boundaries.

I cant get the landroid s to work with the app, it pairs successfully but then says the landroid seems to be offline and no one is answering my tickets from web!!!
