RES PublicA (Reporting Environmental System) è un sistema mobile/web che semplifica l’accertamento e la segnalazione di problemi riscontrati sul territorio.
Ad esempio:

- problematiche inerenti alla viabilità (strade sconnesse, segnaletica e protezioni danneggiate o mancanti).

- danni a strutture (ad es.: ponti, fabbricati pubblici o privati) e monumenti.

- problemi ambientali, come rifiuti abbandonati, cassonetti danneggiati, inquinamento, danni al territorio (taglio di alberi, scavi e movimento terra) o potenziali pericoli, come alvei dei fiumi occlusi che possono essere causa di esondazioni.

Queste sono solo alcune delle situazioni in cui può essere impiegato il sistema RES PublicA!
Le potenzialità del nostro sistema sono molteplici e si possono facilmente adattare a diversi tipi di esigenze.

Come funziona:

Il funzionamento di RES PublicA è molto semplice: attraverso l’app dedicata, è possibile creare report professionali, dettagliati e affidabili, in pochi e semplici passaggi.
Il sistema centralizzato prende in carico le segnalazioni, permettendo di smistarle e catalogarle in maniera rapida ed efficace, garantendo una migliore comunicazione tra enti o società che si occupano della gestione del problema.

L’ente o società preposta al servizio, riceve un resoconto preciso dell’anomalia riscontrata:
- la posizione corretta, rilevata tramite GPS, rete o posizionamento manuale,
- l’entità del danno, grazie all’ausilio delle foto allegate
- le modalità di intervento, grazie al campo di testo aggiuntivo.
