With Microdebates, you can now argue for your opinions from your Android phone using Twitter! Visualize the opinions of other Microdebaters. Explore ongoing debates and see where the consensus is.

Start up a new microdebate by sending out a tweet about any topic you have an opinion about. All you have to do is place a "$$tag" to stress your opinion, and a "!$tag" to contrast other opinions in other tweets. And don't forget the usual "#tag" to identify the debate. You can join ongoing debates using your favorite Twitter App or web site, then use this App to visualize the debate.

Microdebates is a part of an academic research effort, aimed to propose better ways of exchanging ideas and opinions in online communities. We will never store any personal information about you. We only use tweets that are published on Twitter.
