UBI PAY, l’applicazione dei pagamenti mobile di UBI Banca. 

Con UBI PAY hai comode funzioni sempre a portata di mano:
• Invii e richiedi denaro ai contatti della tua rubrica (funzione Invio Denaro e Richiedi Denaro con Jiffy);
• Dividi facilmente una spesa comune con i tuoi amici (funzione Dividi Conto);
Gestisci le carte del tuo portafoglio virtuale (funzione Masterpass);
• Accedi a sconti e coupon esclusivi presso gli esercizi convenzionati e contribuisci a raccogliere fondi per le iniziative solidali (funzione Easy City);
• Gestire la tua carta Hybrid, in pochi minuti. Puoi rateizzare i tuoi acquisti (rateizzazione), anticipare somme di denaro sul tuo conto (servizio pronto in conto) e monitorare i tuoi movimenti



Con UBI PAY le tue carte e i tuoi conti sono sempre con te, e puoi anche effettuare transazioni P2P con la sicurezza e la semplicità che la tua Banca ti garantisce. Puoi, inoltre, accedere alla mappa della tua città, visualizzare gli esercenti convenzionati attorno a te e scoprire le loro offerte di sconti e coupon.



Per utilizzare l’app è necessario aver sottoscritto online o in filiale l’offerta UBI PAY, essere titolare dell’internet banking Qui UBI e avere una prepagata Enjoy oppure un conto corrente aperti presso una delle banche del gruppo UBI Banca.



Per accedere all’applicazione utilizza le stesse credenziali del tuo l’internet banking Qui UBI. Per utilizzare i servizi UBI PAY è necessario avere installato il sistema operativo Android 4.0.3 originale e non modificato o versione successiva. Per informazioni e assistenza vai sul sito UBIBanca.com, puoi chiamare il Servizio Clienti UBI Banca numero verde 800.500.200, attivo con operatore dal lunedì al venerdì 8.00-23.00; 9.00-20.00 sabato; 8.00-14.00 domenica, oppure scrivere un’e-mail all’indirizzo servizio.clienti@ubibanca.it



Il rapporto instaurato con la tua accettazione del regolamento ha durata a tempo indeterminato. Puoi recedere in qualunque momento, dandone comunicazione alla filiale della Banca in cui è in essere UBI PAY. Il recesso sarà immediatamente efficace dal momento in cui la Banca riceverà la relativa comunicazione, la chiusura del rapporto e dei Servizi si perfezionerà entro la giornata lavorativa successiva. La Banca può recedere con un preavviso di 15 (quindici) giorni. Qualora sussista una giusta causa ai sensi dell’art. 33, comma 2, lettera h), del D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), la Banca potrà recedere senza preavviso. In entrambi i casi ti verrà data comunicazione dell’esercizio del diritto di recesso tramite l’Applicazione o con qualsiasi altro mezzo ai sensi del successivo art. 11. Per qualunque controversia che dovesse sorgere è competente il Foro nella cui circoscrizione si trova la tua residenza o domicilio elettivo. Le controversie a valere sul regolamento, anche senza preventiva presentazione di un reclamo, verranno sottoposte all’Organismo di mediazione presso il Conciliatore Bancario Finanziario - Associazione per la soluzione delle controversie bancarie, finanziarie e societarie - ADR (iscritto nel registro degli organismi di conciliazione tenuto dal Ministero della Giustizia). Le condizioni e le procedure sono definite nel regolamento, disponibile sul sito www.conciliatorebancario.it e presso tutte le Filiali della Banca. Se nel luogo del giudice territorialmente competente per la controversia non fosse presente un ufficio di mediazione del Conciliatore Bancario Finanziario, ci si potrà avvalere di un altro mediatore iscritto nel registro degli organismi di mediazione, purché specializzato in materia bancaria e territorialmente competente.

The relationship established with your acceptance of the rules lasts indefinitely. You can withdraw at any time, by giving notice to the Bank's branch in which the executive is UBI PAY. The withdrawal will be effective immediately from the time when the Bank receives the relevant notice, the termination of the relationship and the Services will be completed by the next business day. The Bank may terminate with notice of 15 (fifteen) days. If there is a just cause in accordance with art. 33, paragraph 2, letter h), of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Bank may terminate without notice. In both cases you will be given notice of the exercise of withdrawal rights by the Application or by any other means in accordance with art. 11. For any dispute that may arise, the competent Court in whose district you find your residence or elective domicile. Disputes out of the Regulation, even without prior submission of a complaint, will undergo Body mediation at the Financial Banking Conciliator - Association for the settlement of banking, financial and corporate - ADR (entered in the register of conciliation bodies held by the Ministry of Justice). The conditions and procedures are defined in the Regulation, available on www.conciliatorebancario.it site and at all branches of the Bank. If the place of the court with territorial jurisdiction for the dispute was not present an office of the Financial Banking Conciliator mediation, recourse it may be another mediator entered in the register of mediation bodies, provided that specializes in banking and territorial jurisdiction matter.
