Cerca Un Farmaco (CUF) è una piccola applicazione gratuita che consente di ricercare, direttamente dal proprio smartphone, un farmaco e la sua Scheda Tecnica (R.C.P.) completa, nel Prontuario Farmaci di Torrinomedica (è necessaria una connessione ad Internet).

E' possibile ricercare il farmaco per nome, principio attivo o codice ATC e la ricerca può essere effettuata con tre opzioni: se il nome o il principio attivo o il codice ATC iniziano con, contengono o sono esattamente il testo ricercato.

Per ogni ricerca viene restituita una pagina contenente tutti i farmaci, corrispondenti al testo ricercato, in commercio in Italia con tutte le informazioni utili alla prescrizione:

- Principio Attivo
- Confezione
- Forma Farmaceutica (compresse, gocce, fiale ecc)
- Classe di prescrivibilità (A = gratuito, C = a pagamneto)
- Nota AIFA
- Tipo Ricetta (Ripetibile, Non Ripetibile, Speciale ecc)
- Tipo Farmaco (Etico, Da Banco, OTC SOP ecc)
- Informazioni prescrittive aggiuntive (Piano Terapeutico, Monitoraggio Intensivo ecc.)
- Coodice ATC
- Codice AIC
- Prezzo al pubblico
- Ditta produttrice

Cliccando poi sul nome del farmaco, è possibile consultare l'intera Scheda Tecnica (R.C.P.) e,
se la ricerca è stata effettuata per "Nome" del farmaco, cliccando sul principio attivo, si ottiene una lista di tutti i farmaci contenenti lo stesso principio attivo.
