Tgate è protetto da un codice seriale a 8 cifre che garantisce privacy e sicurezza. Tgate è resistente a qualsiasi agente atmosferico ed è certificato IP65.

Tgate utilizza il Bluetooth 4.0 LE, non ha quindi bisogno di alcuna connessione dati.
