Utilizzando le più moderne metodologie di lavorazione e gestione dei documenti e soluzioni informatiche proprietarie per il ritaglio degli articoli a stampa, Telpress ha messo a punto la nuova tecnologia Telpress ScreeAdaptive®.
Gli oggetti che fanno parte di ciascun articolo sono ricomposti in un nuovo layout in cui lo spazio disponibile è sfruttato nel modo più efficace per una lettura ottimale senza alcun vincolo di formato.
Gli elementi selezionati nell’articolo di riferi- mento si vanno a disporre ordinatamente in per occupare tutto lo spazio disponibile sul display.

Sipario è intuitivo nell'utilizzo, fin dalla prima connessione.
L’accesso alle informazioni è garantito da un sistema di autenticazione (User ID e password personalizzati).
I titoli degli articoli sono riportati in una lista giornaliera che occupa l’area centrale ed è organizzata secondo i criteri definiti, in Sezioni.
Quando si seleziona un titolo e si accede al contenuto dell’articolo, la stessa area che precedentemente ospitava l’indice viene occupata dalla presentazione dell’articolo.

Semplici controllo, attivabili mediante la barra delle icone, consentono di:
- Impostare una ricerca direttamente sui social media
- marcare gli articoli di interesse,
- selezionarli per la stampa o la creazione di file pdf,
- accedere alle rassegne dei giorni precedenti,
- effettuare ricerche immediate sulla giornata attiva
- Impostare ricerche avanzate su tutto l’archivio in linea, con l’impostazione dei parametri desiderati (intervallo temporale, parole chiave presenti nel titolo o nel testo, testata, autore etc.);
- Inviare la rassegna, o una raccolta di articoli selezionati via e-mail;
- Visualizzare il testo dell’articolo;
- Accedere all’interfaccia di amministrazione (solo per gli utenti autorizzati)

L’interfaccia di amministrazione

Attraverso l’accesso riservato all’interfaccia di amministrazione è possibile tra l’altro:
- modificare l’ordine di visualizzazione e stampa dei documenti;
- escludere i documenti che si ritengono ridondanti o poco utili;
- modificare la sezione di appartenenza del documento;
- modificare i campi titolo, autore, testo, se presentano inesattezze;
- modificare il titolo, nel caso in cui questo presenti inesattezze o incompletezze di qualsiasi genere;
- inserire una nota, un commento o un abstract, una traduzione che favoriscano la lettura o l’interpretazione dell’articolo;
- inserire un evidenziatore o un marcatore che possa dare rilievo ad alcune notizie scelte.
- scegliere alcuni articoli da inserire in un’area riservata che sarà visibile solo ad alcuni utenti autorizzati mediante apposita password di consultazione.
- copiare gli articoli selezionati su altra linea di rassegna, ad esempio la linea “Speciali” o Rassegne tematiche” per creare dossier tematici di rapida e semplice consultazione. Simple control, activated by the icon bar, you can:
- Set a search directly on social media
- Mark the items of interest,
- Select them for printing or creating pdf file,
- Access the reviews of the previous days,
- Carry out research on the immediate active day
- Set advanced searches of the entire archive in line with the setting of the desired parameters (time interval, keywords in the title or text, header, author, etc.);
- Send the show, or a collection of selected articles via e-mail;
- Display the text of the article;
- Access to the administration interface (only for authorized users)

The administration interface

Through private access to the administration interface you can among other things:
- Change the order of display and printing of documents;
- Exclude documents that are considered redundant or of little use;
- Modify the section of the document belong;
- Change the fields title, author, text, if present inaccuracies;
- Change the title, if this present inaccuracy or incompleteness of any kind;
- Insert a note, a comment or an abstract, a translation that promote reading and interpretation of the article;
- Insert a marker or a marker that can give relief to some news choices.
- Choose a few items to be included in a reserved area that will be visible only to authorized users using a special password consultation.
