La Visura permette a tutti i cittadini italiani di richiedere gratuitamente una VISURA CATASTALE per immobili o terreni in territorio italiano.
La visura è indispensabile per conoscere dati come la RENDITA CATASTALE e la CATEGORIA. Questi dati sono necessari per il calcolo dell'IMU e per vendere o acquistare immobili o terreni.

Architetti, geometri, ingegneri, tecnici e comuni cittadini possono richiedere in mobilità una visura grazie a questa applicazione!

NOTA BENE! Per richiedere la visura si utilizza il sito dell'agenzia del territorio (http://sister.agenziaentrate.gov.it/CitizenVisure/index.jsp).
Per questo motivo l'applicazione non può fare nulla di più di quanto fa il sito dell'agenzia del territorio, limitandosi a centralizzare e ottimizzare il sito ufficiale dell'agenzia del territorio adattandolo agli schermi dei dispositivi portatili Android.

Le principali caratteristiche sono:
