The app Rename photos and files, professional editon, also called JcRenamePro, is an highly enhanced APP to rename a photos or files series.
JcRenamePro is very useful if you want to rename your photos in order to classify and identify them by a name expressively defined instead of a generic sequential number or a date.

Everything is there but it would be nice to alter the capitalisation of the file name. To have an option to have each word begin with capitals, be in lower or upper case would be awesome. Great work dev.

Renaming fails if you try it with pictures saved on memory card. Maybe that's kitkat limitation but it highly restricts this application's usage.

Does exactly what I want! If you want to rename files on the external storage, move them to the internal storage, rename them and move back again. This does not take long.

Emailed 4 times about function issues since end of July with no response to any on my emails, you would think for paid app they would help. Update, tried to email and now getting error ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- (reason: Can't create output)

Was able to use it right away The Pro version is much easier to understand. I renamed and moved photos into different albums in just a few short minutes. I highly recommend it!

I bought the app for my Asus tablet. Not working on tablet. Works fine on Nexus 5, though. Please fix.

Trying to convert a batch of files named 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3, .jpg, etc. to 01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.jpg, etc., but with several different configurations, it always crashes in a Nexus 7 2, usually after renaming the first selected file. Uninstalled, no offer of a refund provided. Reinstalled, did not ask for payment.

Are tested this app on my micro sd card and it works successfully. I've ordered an OTG, USB cable because I want to test the renaming feature using an external compact flash card. This is an excellent tool for pro photographers. I will post my results later.
