Free Photos and Files Renamer

The prof version contains ADS Unable to simply retitle the last photo in the Recent folder. Is that too much to ask? It's the most basic requirement of the app Title and it's a BIG FAIL

Renaming files photos very n simple, too easy and takes few seconds to rename. But adds after renaming.

Just one caution in using (this IS in the instructions, too!) - - set the parameters BEFORE renaming! The first time I used it I failed to do so -- next time I download a new piece of software I've learned my lesson --I'll read the instructions 1st!

But I have two feature requests that would make this much quicker to use: First: thumbnail view Second: once I've renamed 5 files, for it to then change the starting number of the next sequence to 6 (for example).

that has the photo visuals part that is completely missing from this free version when I saw pro requests an additional but unnecessary permission. Along with missing function here, I'm out of luck, so uninstalling. I used it earlier today on non-image files and it did a competent job. With photo preview at same time this would have been excellent. Good start, though. Hopefully dev will fix.

Useful app and works fine. Way too many ads and therefore I hold back the fifth star...

why does this need "a data stream" to work?? ridiculous. uninstalling (from all devices).

App is useful, but has very dangerous default behavior. Should probably either take more of a wizard style approach, or at least not completely replace file names with something very generic and confusing by default.

God I hate it when I have an app that I love and then the author alters it so much it is unusable. In this case way way way way way way way way way way WAY too many ads. To the point that the app is now unusable... It pops up after every single thing you do. Way to ruin something awesome.

Does the work & does not borry you. Same comments as Richard Corfield. 5 Stars if we would get these options. I downloaded it, gave it a try and it worked perfect at first attempt.

I renamed over 400 pictures in a few clicks. The orders were slightly out of order, but I think this has something to do with my file date.

I was looking for an android app for multiple file rename, especially for pictures and I found this app. Now I can rename as many as 100 files in a folder very easily and conveniently. None of other apps come to this close.

Sorting and filters would be nice. Also renaming file extensions.

I like using the App but I would like a paid version so that I could get back the screen space. It would be better if you could go beyond the file extension.

Want to separately rename some files in the folder? Don't need do guess the options' function; there's a prewiev of what will be changed!

Wouldn't do anything except tell me there were errors. No explanation as to what was causing them. Even when trying a simple single file renaming.

There are other batch renamers out there buch better at doing thier job.

Can you add an option to add the folder name as a prefix to the filename? In my case the folder names have date info that I don't want to loose. Eg folder name "2014 06 18". In my case that would make all the filenames unique too.

Pros: The application serves its purpose, and as far as I have discovered it is the only one of its kind. It is also easy to use and understand. Cons: The design can be improved, and I wish that upper case and lower case letters would be classified as different characters.

There is no filter select, so I have to select an entire DCIM directory to rename my video files. I then tell it to find and replace "VID_" with nothing (i.e delete VID_). The app doesn't ignore the JPG's and halts, telling me there is already another JPG with the same name... which I don't give two craps about... but unless I go unticking a bunch of files, it's useless to me.

Good app. Must have for those who quickly involve in managing the device data.
