▶ CARATTERISTICHE DELL’APP

L’applicazione consente di:

- Visualizzare il calendario e il programma degli incontri
- Iscriversi agli eventi organizzati da Lego® Serious Play®
- Entrare in relazione con la community di moderatori e partecipanti
- Interagire con i partecipanti, scambiare esperienze e contenuti
- Aggiungere persone alla propria rete relazionale in maniera immediata tramite i biglietti da visita in QR code e lo scanner integrato
- Caricare e consultare documenti

▶ LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: IL METODO

L’incontro è tenuto da un moderatore che, dopo aver illustrato e spiegato gli obiettivi e le modalità del meeting, distribuirà ad ogni partecipante o gruppo di partecipanti una serie di mattoncini lego. Questi ultimi, ascoltando le domande poste dal moderatore, dovranno rispondere tramite la costruzione di modelli lego in 3D per poi condividere con il resto del gruppo le ragioni per cui hanno creato tale oggetto.

Questo metodo è nato nel 1996 come strumento di pianificazione strategica ed è particolarmente utile in diverse situazioni, come:

- L’oggetto del quesito è variegato e c’è la necessità di cogliere il quadro generale, trovare connessioni ed esplorare tutte le possibili opzioni/soluzioni
- Tra i partecipanti tutti hanno un interesse per l’oggetto del giorno
- Si vuole fare attività di team building
- Si desidera far acquisire ai partecipanti nuove conoscenze e nuovi modi di pensare
- Si vogliono affrontare questioni difficili e complesse in un clima costruttivo
- Si desidera creare condizioni di parità per la discussione
- Si vuole aumentare la partecipazione e lo spirito di iniziativa dei partecipanti

▶ LEGO® SERIOUS Play®: THE METHOD

The meeting was held by a moderator who, having illustrated and explained the objectives and modalities of the meetings, distribute to each participant or group of participants in a series of Lego bricks. The latter, listening to the questions asked by the moderator, will have to respond by building lego models in 3D and then share with the rest of the group the reasons why they created that object.

This method was born in 1996 as a strategic planning tool and is especially useful in different situations, such as:

- The question of the object is varied and there is a need to see the bigger picture, to find connections and explore all possible options / solutions
