droidBuilding - Pro

droidBuilding - pro is a fundamental assistant in your BodyBuilding training.
It allows you to calculate your 1RM, trace your progress, schedule and log your workouts, have all 1RM's organized by date/exercise and see your progress chart about BodyBuilding exercises!
Furthermore you can build your workout plans, log your progress and decide optimal weight to use according to the last 1RMs and execute them at the gym.

WORKOUT PLANS:
With droidBuilding you can create your workout plans and bring them always with you.
You can insert all the exercises proposed by the system and execute it as you like, from the classic way to pyramidal or superset. What to do if there's not the exercise that i want? No problem, create it and give it the name that you prefere!
Furthermore droidBuilding makes you avaiable a large set of function to better manage your plans:
- Copy of workout plans
- Plans/Session statistics
- Percentage increment/decrement of weights in Plan/Session/Workout.


1RM CALCULATION:
In order to calculate your 1RM, you can choose between these 8 function:
- Beachle
- Brzycki
- Epley
- Lander
- Lombardi
- Mayhew et al.
- O'Conner et al.
- Wathen

The app 'll provide you a full set of percentage of your 1RM, from 40% to 95%.
This is very usefull if you use the app during your workout schedule planning.
Save yout 1RM's and keep track of your progress. In this way, you can verify the effectiveness of your plans. If it's not enough you can take a look to the 1RM chart.
