Bacheca On Line della nuova linea Urbi APP di PA Digitale consente di timbrare “il cartellino” ovunque, e in qualsiasi momento, come se si fosse nella propria sede di lavoro.
Urbi APP consente di:
- rilevare le timbrature del personale fuori ufficio che vengono acquisite direttamente, in tempo reale, all’interno del software di rilevazione presenze Urbi Smart;
- impostare il rilevamento delle coordinate geografiche tramite smartphone;
Tramite uno smartphone connesso ad internet, infatti, è possibile timbrare virtualmente il proprio “ingresso e/o uscita al lavoro” inserendo le credenziali solo per il primo accesso mentre per gli accessi successivi è sufficiente digitare un PIN (facoltativo); il dispositivo così si collega all’anagrafica del soggetto, presente nella procedura di rilevazione presenze Urbi Smart, in modo rapido e sicuro. È sempre possibile visualizzare, tramite lo smartphone, la cronistoria delle proprie timbrature in entrata e/o uscita durante la giornata (mentre quelle delle giornate precedenti sono sempre disponibili all’interno del software di rilevazione presenze Urbi Smart).
