Nel presente manuale sono indicati gli interventi che possono essere eseguiti da chiunque si trovi a soccorrere un soggetto infortunato o colto da malore.
Essi costituiscono il “PRIMO SOCCORSO” cioè quell’insieme di manovre che si applicano senza l’ausilio di attrezzature particolari e che consentono di preservare la vita o migliorare le condizioni generali della persona che ha subito un evento dannoso o un malore.
