The idea of a detailed app go bedside the extraordinary collection in the renovated museum is fabulous. However, the execution is truly woeful. The signage in the museum is, to begin with, very weak, giving almost no information. This app, you would expect, would provide serious detail (for example, a detailed description of each panel of the Ghiberti doors). But there is very little detail and instead, a pretty silly Bluetooth enabled navigation tool telling you where you are. It's trivial.

Would not downad. Too many steps to resolve connection problems resulting in too much museum time being wasted. Requires Bluetooth to work.

What is this.... I am writing this review in the museum on its WiFi and it is so bad I can't even download the app itself... So in the end I had to use my mobile data. The app is mediocre.

In the museum and can't download the app on museum wi-fi. The museum text panels are very poor so app may have useful.
