Great app

Extremely disappointed in the customer care. I could not load satelite view which worked previously and I use frequently. I sent multiple emails which were not responded to. In frustration I uninstalled the app and reinstalled causing me to loose all of my saved data. Thanks for the disappointment navionics.

Great addition to the tackle box. Set a general trip outline and go. Leave the paper map stored or just don't buy one.

Significant app for navigating world water ways.

Great for boating. Needs an option to store downloaded maps to SD card.

Great app for boaters!

There is no way to set the water level, and there is no way to get help. Lake Powell water level changes every day... and this app is useless if the water level is not correct. And if you call to get help, you will be on hold for hours. Not cool. Bad business. Would not recommend.

Excellent backup or primary for small craft w/o GPS

Does not cover any lakes in my area. Poor customer service.

If you own a boat you should have this on your phone.

Accurate and maps are downloadable

Loved this app and used it for several years. Went to use it for the first time this year and suddenly it requires a subscription. That is bs. Honor what you sold and offer upgrades. That would be good business but that doesn't seem to be what interest you.

Used for years, worked great. Now freezes my location in one spot. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling still locked in same location.

Hands down one of the MOST confusing app selection! Do I get Boating HD, Boating USA, Boating us & Canada, Boating, and the list goes on. On top of that, even when you drop the $14.99 it tells you in app to upgrade your navionics+ for $4.99 more. So freaking confusing on which is right app, they need to do a comparison chart or be more specific, because it currently is not very helpful. On the app side, I really enjoy it. I like the ability to see it on all my Android devices and my computer. Works well and I like the sonar charts to find fishing spots. Community exits are lacking in my area, but that is no fault of navionics. 3 stars is generous because of the confusing app selection and lack of explanation of the differences. Buyer beware.

The map is off by 250 ft, I was fishing a hump that wasn't exactly there. But it gives a good over all idea of what the bottom is like so you can move around a little I guess

Paid $15, 4 years ago for full features. They are now stripped away and Navionics is demanding I pay more(again) as a yearly subscription to have everything I once had. App is now nearly useless. I would like a refund of my purchase!

As with other users I paid $15 for this app 4 years ago, and now features are being removed. I have no problem paying for new features such as extra zoom levels or a better waypoint system, but I feel betrayed by a company of which I own multiple products and have supported for many years.

Bought this app for $30 several years ago had all the features. Now they want me to spend another $15 on their app just to be able to get satellite view, I'm looking now to see what other features have been removed. I paid for the app once and now they want me to pay for it all over again total BS. I will go and find another app and pay for that one before I take and pay them more money for features that were once included. I understand if you want to add new features and charge for them that's fine but to purchase the other app for $15 just to get back what I had, so they could do this to me/customers again I don't think so. Pretty Shady matter fact I'm going to look into getting my money back used to be a good app sad

For about the last 6 month or so the app crashes. I get a pop up message saying something like 'Boating USA has unfortunately stopped' every time I start a new route. It may be with in a few seconds up to a few minutes, but crashes everytime. Note 4, phone and app are updated regularly. Great app, but I need this fixed, plz help.

They sold a product and changed the service to make you pay more money to get the same service.... debatably better more accurate features. It is still the best mapping I have used,Thus far. But I'm disappointed with the way they went about this ordeal.

Lost some features such as satellite. Has anyone found a better app? If so, please share. I'm not feeling like double paying for same features. And definitely not annual membership. Possibly some of us should of been grandfather in. Phone Co, State law, and major Co. Hold their agreement with long time customers. Too bad navionics will not honor.

I paid for the app but why the web links on the bottom of 1/3 of the map that open the internet every time you accidentally brush past them? Edit: Thanks for replying back. It's working great now.

I paid $14.99 for this app and now you are asking for more money? That's a douche move because I just looked at the terms and conditions and it says all updates and features included. Getting ready to buy new cards (3) for my boat guess Humminbird Lakemaster wins. I hope they make an app soon. After seeing your response.... I have never owned an Apple device. Your dispute is invalid!!! Just simple "bait and switch" BBB loves these reports!

Continuing to take features away, might as well use my sonar only as I don't have to pay an annual subscription for that. I also own Navionics chip, so this is now a money grab for them to require an annual subscription for stuff that was already given before. (After response from navionics), I have many apps that I have paid for, including radar, weather and many others that don't require a subscription to keep the app updated and add new features. $10 is a lot for an Android app and when something is already a part of a program and then taken away that is wrong. If you don't want to add new features or require an add on purchase for new things, then so be it. But when I bought this, I expected certain things that I paid for. (I will just make sure to avoid anything navionics in the future, whether it be apps or chips or anything.)

This app works better than my GPS! Marked a spot on a lake ice fishing and 3 weeks later was able to find the same spot we had marked with a spruce tree branch that was covered over by snow, got me within 3 feet of this spot, we even ran over this hole with one of the wheelers! A+++

Took my satellite overlay away. Already paid $15 ,years ago. I didn't sign up to pay a yearly subscription. I want what I paid for, regardless of the reason I paid for those features and you shouldn't be able to take them away and charge a premium to get them back. Rip off

I purchased this app for $15 over 4yrs ago. I absolutely loved the app, now it's asking me to pay another $5 to even do an update. I can no longer use the terrain overlay map option which shows roads. After reading reviews, others are in the same boat as me! If you have a Samsung device, don't bother spending the money.

Very frustrating, just renewed my subscription. This was a great app for years, now I wish I could get my money back

Another sellout company out to make a buck for themselves, selling a product to people then telling them they no longer own what they used to oen, and they have to now pay again for what they already owned, and the worst part is... the satellite overlay is at least 5 years outdated... you want people to pay a subscription fee for an outdated map... what a joke.

Maps need updating more often as well as more detail and having to buy the app every year it expires is a downfall. Id say if im spending $10-$15 for an app I shouldnt have to do it more than 1 time.

Spent money to get this app and features are being taken away. Pretty sad to hear the excuses because of Android OS changes and WE need to get new subscriptions. Does that mean you will take away features with new apps in years to come? I will no longer uses this app!!

They took the satellite overview off of the app I already paid for. You pay for something you should continue to have the future that you paid for. And not have to pay a yearly subscription fee to get back what you already had.

Works pretty great at what it does. However, it constantly runs in the background causes massive battery use. I can feel the phone getting hot in my pocket. And this is not mediated by closing it or "forcing stop" in the settings.

I bought this a couple of years ago, and now it crashes and is not reliable, had to download a different app. Not recommended.

I bought this, as well as the HD for my tablet, as well as the Navionics charts for my Raymarine chartplotter. Now they want me to pay again for an additional subscription for this same device, even though my current subscription is not over for five months.

Dissapearing features and mysteriously appearing ads to sell new apps. Cut the BS and be ethical Navionics...

Taking away features that I already paid for, my only complaint

DO NOT UPDATE!!! I just lost ALL of my saves Tracks, Routes & Markers!! Years worth or data GONE!!
