Alcohol Calculator estimates blood alcohol content (BAC) in promilles.
After adding alcoholic drinks and time when they were finished drinking it displays concentration of the alcohol in the blood, time when the level drops to allowable by law for driving and time when one is sober. You can set allowable level by country.
Set your weight and sex in the settings (as well as other preferences) and add drinks including time when they were finished drinking. Now you can also provide drinking duration (first tap on the button marks start of drinking, second allows to choose a drink after finishing it).
Application allows using metric units as well as those used in US or UK. It includes intoxication thresholds for many countries.
Other features:
- up to three days of drinking history
- Current as well as maximum blood alcohol content may be displayed.
- adding drinks from predefined list (now you can manage the list and display it with one tap - one tap if drinking is started or long tap always)
- selecting volume and percentage from predefined list
- long press on drop down while creating drink to edit value
- there is a profile setting for metabolism speed
Note that the application tries to give as much accurate result as possible, but it can't guarantee any accuracy. To be sure of your real BAC use breathalyser.

I loved this app at first, but after last update, the readings may be off. It recently told me I had a .08 after one drink (one minute after I started drinking it. The values were to rise within a half hour.) The option to put in the time of drink, I assume, would be when you started consuming it, and the length of time drinking it from that time. These values seem to have been off the last three or four times I've used this app.

I use the Alcohol Calculator all the time with my friend Blackout Bethany. She's calm & sweet for the first few rounds, but after a couple shots... oh man... LOOKOUT! Total sh!t-show! One time she bit me!

there was no listing for hand sanitizer, or even mouthwash? idk about anyone else here but i end up in desperate situations often and i'd like the option to get a better reading before i drive.

There are 20 fluid ounces in a UK pint, so pointless and potentially dangerous if you accept the preprogrammed settings and live outside of the US. You are not able to set up your own custom drink for the correct Uk drink settings.

Great idea but could be vastly improved with the addition of a chart to visualise blood alcohol level, like the Caffeine Tracker app. Also, it could be easier to edit favourites, i.e. in settings.
