Tried encoding and decoding on my phone and it worked! Lets you pick any image from your gallery to encode and puts the output image in your gallery. Good job!

force closes at 50% every time

Encoded images aren't found on my device and sharing only works part of the time. Larger images crash, which includes any I take from my camera. Only one start since decode doesn't find images so I don't know of out works our not. (Samsung SII)
