Secure Memo is your data container that offers the highest level of security with AES encryption and password protection. Protect your privacy with this simple and fast application. Keep secret your notes.
After 3 failed login attempts, the application is blocked for 5 minutes for security reasons and stores date and time of the attempt of unauthorized access. When the owner of the device will enter later in the app will display a message indicating the date and time of the access attempt.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The data is encrypted with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and for safety reasons, they are only stored in the device.
It is recommended to use periodically the export function and copy the generated file on external media.
In case the device is lost or stolen, the data is recoverable only by importing the previously exported file.
* The passphrase is used to generate AES encryption key required to encrypt and decrypt data.
Guard with care the passphrase because it is not recoverable in any way by the author of this software.
Use the same passphrase for the export and import or you cannot decrypt the data.
The passphrase must be set before to import the data.

Works well enough. Simple interface, secure. Bit mis-enter your password JUST ONCE and you "Must wait 5 minutes." Well, an hour later I had to restart the phone to try again. Uninstall. Secure Notepad works better for me and backs up to G Drive.

Was able to open backup file on other device with no password and data was unencrypted. Can also open file on any computer and read clearly. Doubt there is any encryption on this app. (To respond to your reply...I opened it with a TEXT viewer NOT the app. My tablet did NOT have this app on it. I opened it out of curiosity after seeing other posts and my info was clearly visible to read in text form. Before you blame the other app, it was this app. Opened the .txt file and was readable)

Multiple time i opened my tablet to see secure memo open. After a few mins of non use it automatically closes session, and u have to reenter password. So why is my secure memo open? I know it wasn't open, i restarted it before bed. You have been warned. Pass on this and go to something else. People use a secure app for sucuring important info and it appears to me someone can remotely access it and because it's password protected I'm guessing its the developer. Skip it and move on.

This app is half a scam it stores your password in clear text. It does not encrypt it so I can acces the passwords by going threw a back door like plugging the device in a computer. It only has front door security. (Far from encrypted, not secure at all)
