Facendo la timbratura di ingresso l'app invia l'orario e la posizione al vostro pannello di amministrazione.
Facendo la timbratura di uscita viene permesso di inserire una descrizione, allegare fotograrie, firme del cliente e dell'operatore. Automaticamente viene recuperata la posizione e inviata al vostro pannello di amministrazione.
Dopo la timbratura, è possibile visualizzare il foglio di intervento da inviare subito al cliente via mail, whatsapp, ... o semplicemente stamparlo.

In tempo reale le timbrature possono essere consultate e scaricate in excel dal vostro pannello di amministrazione da qualunque pc o mac connesso a Internet. Nessun software da scaricare.

In caso di mancanza di connessione, i dati vengono salvati sul dispositivo e inviati appena la connessione internet tornerà disponibile.

Con timbrature remote puoi timbrare anche avvicinando il tuo smartphone agli adesivi NFC o ai Beacons Bluetooh.

L'app non viola la privacy dei dipendenti?
No, in quanto l'app rileva la posizione e l'orario solo nel momento in cui effettua la timbratura quindi non viene tracciato minuto per minuto ogni movimento del dipendente.

Dove vanno a finire le timbrature?
