MareMonti Centro Commerciale

Il Centro Commerciale 'MareMonti' a Massa, inaugurato l' 11 Luglio 1995, costituisce tutt'ora la realtà commerciale più forte della provincia di Massa Carrara. Il bacino di utenza va da La Spezia a Viareggio servendo più di 500.000 abitanti; ottima affluenza durante tutto l'anno, affluenza che raddoppia nel periodo estivo datasi la vicinanza delle famose spiagge della Versilia. Il Centro occupa un'area di circa 65.000 mq. di cui 24.000 coperti, ospita un Ipermercato della catena Carrefour Gruppo GS di circa 12.000 mq., circa 40 negozi specializzati tra cui la Farmacia Comunale e per la ristorazione Autogrill e, quali medie superfici, Unieuro e Game 7 Athletics.

Il Centro vanta una galleria impreziosita dal famoso marmo di Carrara che lo rende elegante e prestigioso punto di ritrovo ed attrazione sia per la popolazione residente che per i numerosi turisti che godono i vantaggi di 3 ampi e fruibili parcheggi con oltre 2.000 posti auto e della splendida vista delle Alpi Apuane. Nei fine settimana è attivo il servizio Bimbi al Centro: uno spazio custodito per il gioco dei più piccoli.

Nel 2007, a seguito della ristrutturazione delle parti comuni interne del Centro, è stato rinnovato anche il nome del Centro, da Centro Commerciale Massa a Centro Commerciale Mare e Monti, ed è stato quindi creato un nuovo logo.
