Diario alimentare è un app che può esserti utile quando stai seguendo un regime alimentare specifico.
Ti consente di:
- Tenere conto di ciò che mangi durante la giornata, fornendoti un resoconto totale e parziale in termini di calorie, acqua, proteine,
glucidi e lipidi assimilati.
- Tenere conto di tutte le pesature effettuate durante la dieta, fornendoti un grafico che rappresenta l'andamento del tuo peso in funzione
del tempo.
- Creare dei "pasti tipo" (es "Colazione tipo", composta da 100 gr di latte scremato, 30 gr di fette biscottate, 15 gr di marmellata),
evitando di aggiungere ogni giorno gli stessi alimenti singolarmente, ma importando piuttosto l'intero pasto nella tua giornata alimentare
- Aggiungere alimenti personalizzati ai 788 alimenti inseriti di default.
- Impostare delle notifiche temporizzate.

- Create the "type meals" (eg "Breakfast type", consisting of 100 grams of skim milk, 30 grams of biscuits, 15 grams of marmalade)
not adding the same foods every day individually, but rather importing the whole meal in your day food
- Add custom foods to 788 foods included by default.
- Set the timer notifications.
