Italiana Immobiliare nasce a Firenze nel giugno del 1980 e rapidamente si afferma come una delle più importanti e qualificate agenzie immobiliari del capoluogo toscano. Lo spirito imprenditoriale dei suoi titolari, unito ad una serietà da tutti riconosciuta, creano i presupposti per una sempre maggiore presenza sul territorio fiorentino. D’altronde correttezza e professionalità sono fin dall’inizio le parole chiave che contraddistinguono l’operato di una Società stimata ed apprezzata da un elevatissimo numero di clienti pienamente soddisfatti. Tra i tanti riconoscimenti ufficiali di cui Italiana Immobiliare si può orgogliosamente fregiare, ricordiamo lo “Stemma d’oro Italia Regioni” ed il “David d’oro”.
Nel 1985, quando ancora l’uso del computer non era assolutamente così diffuso nelle aziende com’è nella realtà odierna, Italiana Immobiliare è fra le prime società della regione a mettere a punto un innovativo sistema predisposto per gestire completamente l’intermediazione immobiliare. In questo modo, i funzionari di Italiana Immobiliare hanno da sempre offerto ai propri clienti un accurato servizio, decisamente superiore ai normali standard qualitativi.
Negli anni successivi, decidendo d’investire ancor più energie e risorse, la società diventa capillarmente presente sul territorio, aprendo diverse filiali nella provincia fiorentina; questa ragionata ramificazione, consente all’azienda di allargare la sua visibilità, diventando un preciso punto di riferimento immobiliare per i potenziali acquirenti o venditori residenti nell’hinterland del capoluogo regionale.

Dal 2000 in poi, l’attività di sviluppo franchising si è via via consolidata ed affermata, considerando che Italiana Immobiliare oltre ad una sempre più efficace penetrazione in ambito toscano ha aperto, nel tempo, nuovi uffici in ambito regionale toscano. Sono attualmente una ventina le agenzie affiliate allo storico marchio di Italiana Immobiliare. Ma questo numero è destinato a crescere nel tempo, poichè sono diverse le persone prive d’esperienza specifica e le agenzie già operative non in franchising che si avvicinano con interesse al gruppo Italiana Immobiliare, ormai identificato come partner preferenziale e di successo nel complesso quanto variegato mondo dell’intermediazione immobiliare. Da sottolineare, inoltre, l’ideazione e la nascita di un altro segmento legato al mercato immobiliare: si tratta del periodico mensile Diamocasa che, edito dalla controllata Itimpress, da oltre sei anni viene stampato in migliaia di copie. Da ultimo, ma non meno importante, l’appoggio costante da parte di Italiana Immobiliare nei confronti di ANT(nota associazione nazionale che sostiene i malati di tumore).
