Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori is a Consortium that was born in 2000 from the strong vision of a group of restaurateurs of excellence from all over the region.
Their vision connects their personal interests with the general ones of the territory they belong to. Already seventy-one vine growers and wine makers have already joined them with the aim of promoting the territory and they now represent the best of the excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
