IKAIAKI, grazie alla sua App offre la possibilità alle strutture ricettive di servirsi di un moderno strumento di comunicazione per pubblicare, ad esempio, informazioni importanti sull’hotel e i suoi servizi. Un’App versatile e funzionale con cui raggiungere il Cliente in ogni momento proponendo informazioni su eventi e attività in hotel, nonché offerte, promozioni, attività interne ed esterne alla struttura.


Cosa offre IKAIAKI App:

L’App contiene tutti i Punti di Interesse (POI) dell’hotel come bar, piscina, spa, ristorante, indicando per ciascuno di essi orari, eventi programmati e altre informazioni utili. Possono anche essere inseriti POI esterni come luoghi da visitare, locali consigliati, ristoranti convenzionati e tutto ciò che può arricchire l’esperienza dell’ospite. Inoltre, grazie alle potenzialità offerte dalla georeferenziazione, il cliente potrà raggiungere facilmente i POI di suo interesse. Su richiesta è anche possibile avere mappe personalizzate in alternativa a quelle presenti sul proprio smartphone.


Il Cliente e IKAIAKI App:

Per ogni evento o attività è prevista una descrizione, data/ora di inizio e indicazione del POI in cui avrà luogo. Il Cliente potrà ricevere una notifica Push con conseguente possibilità di prenotare direttamente, inserire automaticamente un promemoria sul proprio calendario e condividerlo sui principali Social network come Facebook o Twitter.

What does IKAIAKI App:

Moreover, thanks to the potential of geo-referencing, the customer can easily reach the POI of interest. Customer and IKAIAKI App:

For each event or activity is provided a description, date / time and name of the POI to take place. The customer will receive a Push Notification resulting in the possibility to book directly, automatically insert a reminder on your calendar and share it on the main social networks like Facebook or Twitter.
