This is the worst designed app I have ever seen. Kindergarten kids could do better. Non responsive, non intuitive and frustrating. How do you delete the scheduled times for example?

When I eventually managed to get the app to connect to my new Robo.com3, it behaved as expected and operates the robot vacuum well. But - and this is the real problem - setup is tricky & frustrating. Not sure how novice users are expected to understand the poor instructions. If you have multiple devices (phone & tablet for example) you have to perform the entire frustrating configuration of the Robo.com3 each time from scratch.

App doesn't work after continual installs and installs to try to remedy. How a company as big as Hoover can put something as cruddy as this on the market baffles me.

TERRIBLE, WON'T EVEN OPEN. KEEPS CRASHING WHILE TRYING TO USE IT. USELESS £500 HOOVER THAT I CAN'T CONTROL OR EVEN SET THE TIME ON, SO IT WILL STOP HOOVERING AT RANDOM TIMES. WILL SEND THE MACHINE BACK. AS FOR THIS APP, DON'T EVEN BOTHER DOWNLOADING; IT'S A WASTE OF TIME.
