GreenAddress Bitcoin Wallet

Major problem with them currently. Non existent customer service, currently can't send money because sms authentication is broken, have sent multiple emails which have gone unanswered and even tried to contact them on their sub reddit which also has no response. They are basically ignoring me and holding my money hostage. Can't even change the 2fa in app to email because it wants to confirm the change via sms.

Login stopped working once. It doesn't appear that you can change the sending fee or that there is an option to send all funds.

Works great but please remove character and lenght restrictions for the PIN, then it's a 5-Star App for sure! Kudos for already supporting SegWit btw!

It needs more update, cos people like to have a future name on what they are using..

Warning*** Never Use this Wallet*** I followed the instructions from github for recovery. I correctly inputted the mnemonic & uploaded the correct zip file but I cannot push the transaction. The reason is the bitcoins were sent to an invalid address which was accepted by the green address wallet. They are now sitting in 1GXRNE7JqLTRDUvBCj9arvPGWHmN5NsG77 but I cannot transfer these funds b/c theyre not in my wallet. I'm very frustrated at this point. Are these coins stuck in a GreenAddress permanently?

Have had no issues until yesterday. Now I can enter mnemonic phrase, goes to 100% and hangs. Please update. Samsung Note 5.

Tried login in on multiple phones but still doesn't send the funds. It gets stuck in a infinite loop of loading.

Hate it because it asks me every single day to redeposit my payments. I am not a computer expert and i am not interested in what kind of deterministic nlock bullshit this program uses. My only focus is to use neat, transparent wallet. This one is definitely not that I am looking for.

After few months working well this wallet can't run. I have to use the PC version to get my bitcoins.

The app has lots of cool features but it's kind of slow. The list of transactions is not displayed, always empty.

Still has some little flaws, but the main concept is already great and working

The worst app I've ever used! Doesn't seem to recognise the mnemonics assigned while signing up my account!

It's slow as can be not to mention I haven't received any of my deposits sense the 17 several btc unaccounted for

Initially was not able to send coins, now can't even log in...

Have Google 2FA set up on my Android phone. Use it for Google, Coinbase, Quadriga amongst others NEVER any problem. Set it up for Green Address, WOULD not work, got Invalid code, tried Green Address support. I was answered promptly, BUT was told that it was NOT their problem. Was directed to the useless Google troubleshooting site. Pretty much "figure it out yourself" attitude because it can't be our problem. I did eventually get it to work by entering an expired code (it was expired by about 15 seconds) and it worked. Never could figure out why. But after this awe inspiring "security feature", the 2FA now works fine, go figure. Shared this with the support guys, never got an answer back. Based on this hard to give > 2 stars.

Still my go-to bitcoin wallet. Love the mneumonic passphrase encryption/backup combo. Backup from passphrase on any device.

I would like to configure settings because Greenbits uses this for them but I can't successfully create a wallet it always says login failed after continuing from the passphrase.

downloaded the app and nothings goin great. cant sign in with the mnemno pasword stuff...always stops at 100% and freezes. HELP ME HERE
