Appen - the Smart Pen

I was fortunate enough to get the appen pen in my local poundland so I don't know how much they usually cost. I was a little worried about the comments about not connecting on wifi and after the initial download, which was very quick,I then tried to download the rest which needs a wifi connection and the first attempt it did fail to complete download but a second try was successful and for a free app this has tons of fun for kids of all ages!

My son has had it not even 2 days and it snapped the piece is currently stuck in my phone company no longer around neither is my phone on the list in order to take it further. Brand new phone broken never would I recommend the pen to anyone!!!!!

Just got the app today and when you press hard with the pen the volume bar comes up its used on the Samsung galaxy tab 4 7" what the hell why is this happening ?

Keeps saying I don't have wifi connection to continue but I have full wifi! My 2 year old son is now upset that he can't play with it!! Waste of money!

Bought for young'en when it first released. Was such a waste of money. 10 to a penny now and still not worth it

I like it because it is good and you can use it to do other things all so there is lots of activities in it very good I say. I am using the pen to write the coment. Good for kids I say.

2 or 3 times said not supported then went thru the connection setting up sequence and voila!! But I set up the pen with the phone on mute (by mistake)....maybe that helped?! So is really cool (tried it a bit for myself☺) and I'll have a very happy boy. *S6 edge*

It won't open, when it does it says my pen is not connected, even when it is. Kids very upset as it just won't work

Bought this for my 3 year old this morning firstly it didnt work on any of or devices at home and then shocked to find a burn hole in the wire

Bez tego pena mozna tez rysowac w innych apkach. Dziala toto bo musi i nic wiecej! Pozatym na wiekszosci tanich tabletow nie da sie skonfigurowac.

Has been installing for 3 days, can't stop it so it has crashed my google play. DONT BOTHER

I have the Allen it won't work

App doesn't work and downloaded it on few different devices. Also think pen a waste if money not very happy at all with this my kids are gutted.

Doesnt download on glaxy s5, tab 3 and my wifes ipad been trying for a few weeks now, absolute waste of money

Tried to install on xmas day and would not download and kept uninstalling and re-installing for a couple of days and was about to take pen back to shop so tried 1 more time and finally it worked.So will have a happy 2 year old in the morning.

Bought pen way before Xmas rush so would be garunteed one downloaded app. Set up this morning on hudl 2 has google play and oh not surprised with other reviews it not working so I now have a 3 yr old little girl who thinks Santa has brought her a broken toy this needs sorting asap or defo watchdog will be informed . won't load on any of our tablets or phones its waste of money and I can't get money back as past return date not happy

Not compatible what a joke its not like its some unbranded Chinese tablet is it ,fix or remove from the market. Returning mine in the post very poor

I have a HP 4.4 android tablet and the pen will not connect despite say compatible with Version 4 or above complete waste of time and money and ap should be removed

I purchased this for Christmas 2014 to go with my babys Samsung tab 4 and the app was not compatable but it now is and she loves it. Thanks

Tried downloading several times and no go .

Appen does not work just ask you to purchase the appen I have the sodding appen I wouldn't of bothered getting app . waste of money and impossible to get product support

I have tried this on 4 different tablets and iys saying that its not compatible with this device.... think I will be taking this back to Smyths gutted little 4 year old on hands.....

Have been trying to download since Christmas without any success! Have installed and reinstalled numerous times without any luck. Complete waste of money!

Really disappointed doesnt work on tab when is perfect on ipad air. On initial launch the Download button does not function. Surely this is an eash fix?

The app for the appen will not download ive tried on a samsung note 4 , ipad and a galaxy s5 . Now ive seen the feedback others have left it seems its this way for everyone maybe watchdog need informing as it isnt right this thing is for sale when it cleary isnt working

It won't download. The kids were looking forward to playing with it over Xmas but its not working. Will try again in a couple of days then will get a refund for the pen from argos

It will not download, it could be because everybody is trying to download on xmas day, if it changes, ill change my rating, but so far, its very poor.

Just installed app on galaxy tab 3 and having same problem as mr j, keeps telling me ive lost wifi connection and wont download, and thiers nothing wrong with our connection, sort it out !!!!

4 devices in the house, several supported yet app will not download. No refund at store due to the pen being fine. I have mailed the manufacturer so will wait to see how that pans out

Doesn't work, same problem as everyone else. Day 2 of trying to download on hudl and still saying WiFi has lost connection! What a rip off!

Won't download on my galaxy s5 and it's not in the play store on the rte junior :( ill change my review if it jus a xmas download melt down

Bought for my son for Christmas. Open app and screen looks like it has froze cannot download further. Very unhappy And a very upset son. Not good.

I got this 4 my kids 4 xams and it would let down it but to day it will and my son love it so I have a happy lii boy now

Wont download on ipad or tab2......looks like ill be returning two pens over the next few days if things dont improve, seemed such a great gift
