*Il servizio verrà fornito da FD W.OR.L.D. CARE S.r.l. senza richiedere alcun corrispettivo per un minimo di 3 mesi dalla data dell’attivazione del servizio e fino ad un massimo di 12 mesi (di seguito “Periodo Iniziale”) a condizione che si siano effettuati almeno 50 test di glicemia a scadenze di 90 giorni dalla data di attivazione del servizio e per un massimo di 4 rinnovi (uno ogni 3 mesi ).

* The service will be provided by FD W.OR.L.D. CARE srl without requiring any consideration for a minimum of 3 months from the date of activation of the service and up to a maximum of 12 months (hereinafter the "Initial Period") on condition that they are carried out at least 50 blood glucose tests at intervals of 90 days from service activation date and for a maximum of four renewals (every three months).
