This app lets you enter a kind of utility exchange "social network" and stays active in background showing you notifications as they are coming from other app users in the neighborhoods.

1) Use your account to register
2) Turn on GPS or wireless geolocation
3) Publish a request (ex. "I need a monkey wrench for two hours")
4) Set up the time you accept an answer within

Registered people around you (about 2 squared km) will see your request and who wants can satisfy it. You can do the same with other requests that are shown.
Publishing or answering to requests you will gain credits that you could use to ask more.
A "solidal" app that will also let you make new acquaintances!
