Utilizzare EtraEnergia App è facile e intuitivo. Ti permette di visualizzare tutte le forniture attive semplicemente spostandoti da una fornitura all’altra con un trascinamento da sinistra verso destra.

Consulta i dati dei contratti.
Come fare:
- Le informazioni visualizzabili riguardano il numero del contratto, il numero del PDR gas o del POD luce, l’indirizzo di fornitura e quello eventualmente diverso di spedizione, la matricola del contatore gas, la tipologia di mercato in cui vengono forniti il gas e la luce, la descrizione dell’offerta attualmente in vigore e la tipologia di pagamento adottata.

Verifica l’andamento dei consumi
Come fare: Puoi visualizzare i grafici dei consumi annui di gas relativi agli ultimi 3 anni di fornitura.

Visualizza lo storico delle letture.
Come fare: L’elenco dei contratti di luce e gas è ordinato per data decrescente. La funzione riporta la data in cui è stata rilevata la lettura del contatore, il valore della lettura in mc o KWh consumati, il consumo di mc o KWh consumati tra due letture, il consumo giornaliero, il tipo lettura rilevata l’origine della lettura.

Comunica la lettura del contatore gas. Come fare: Verifica innanzi tutto la data e il numero dell’ultima lettura da te effettuata. Inserisci sul tuo smartphone le cifre su fondo nero che trovi sul contatore del gas. Immetti anche la data di lettura: è possibile variarla, se diversa da quella proposta, retrodatandola fino a 7 giorni precedenti la data di inserimento. Premi infine il pulsante “invia lettura” e attendi il messaggio di conferma.

Tieni sotto controllo le bollette.
Come fare: Una volta visualizzata la bolletta che ti interessa, potrai controllare la data emissione, il periodo a cui fanno riferimento i consumi di gas ed energia elettrica, l’importo da saldare in euro, l’importo saldato e la data di scadenza.

Verifica lo stato dei pagamenti.
Come fare:
Per visualizzare tutte le informazioni pubblicate è sufficiente scorrere la pagina verso l’alto. Un’icona verde o rossa indica se i pagamenti risultano regolari o se ci sono fatture da saldare. La funzionalità consente inoltre di distinguere tra i contratti gas e luce e nel caso di insoluti, viene evidenziato l’importo da saldare in euro, comprensivo di IVA.

Use EtraEnergia app is easy and intuitive. It allows you to view all active simply by moving supplies from one supply to another with a drag from left to right.

See details of contracts.
How-to:
- The displays are the number of the contract, the number of the PDR gas or POD light, the delivery address and anything that is different to shipping, the serial number of the gas meter, the type of market in which they are supplied gas and light, the current description of the offer and the type of payment adopted.

Check the pattern of consumption
How: You can view graphs of annual consumption of gas for the past 3 years of supply.

View the history of reading.
How-to: The list of contracts and gas are ordered by date descending. The function returns the date on which it was recorded the meter reading, the reading in cubic meters or kWh consumed, consumption of kWh consumed in cubic meters or two readings, daily consumption, the type found reading the origin of reading.

Notify read the gas meter. How to: Check first, the date and number of the last reading by you. Enter your smartphone figures on a black background that you find on the gas meter. Enter also the date of reading: it can be varied, if different from the one proposed, retrodatandola up to 7 days prior to the date of registration. To see all posted information simply scroll the page up. Green or red icon indicates whether a payment is regular or if there are bills to be paid. The feature also allows you to differentiate between the gas and electricity contracts and in the case of foreclosure, is shown the amount to be paid in Euros, including VAT.
