La nuova applicazione per smartphone “Etra – servizio rifiuti” dedicata alla raccolta differenziata è l’unica garantita e dedicata agli utenti dei Comuni in cui l’azienda opera.
In base al Comune di residenza l’applicazione informa il cittadino sulle corrette modalità di raccolta: laddove è attivo il “porta a porta” la schermata principale è il calendario. Per tutti i Comuni è possibile trovare informazioni sulle modalità di conferimento delle principali categorie di rifiuto; attraverso un motore di ricerca con 250 voci è possibile sapere dove buttare qualsiasi tipo di scarto.
Il collegamento al GPS consente di visualizzare sulla mappa gli Sportelli clienti di Etra, il Centro di raccolta di riferimento e, dove presenti, le isole ecologiche e i press container.
