SmartEX utilizza la fotocamera dello smartphone per archiviare i giustificativi in cloud. Basta un clic per inviare in sede la richiesta di rimborso con tutta la documentazione digitale allegata. I documenti cartacei possono essere consegnati in un secondo tempo oppure buttati: SmartEX può conservarli tutti in un formato digitale fiscalmente valido.

SmartEX è preconfigurabile in base alle policy dell’azienda.
L’inserimento delle spese è guidato e i massimali sono predeterminati: impossibile sbagliare. Ogni spesa viene associata a un’attività e a un cliente o prospect. Il collaboratore può visualizzare l’elenco o i grafici delle spese sostenute e tenere sott’occhio lo stato delle richieste di rimborso già inoltrate.
