DHL Express Mobile

Goods came from other countries within 2days but in India took for clearance and delivered 10days. Sometimes they forgot to deliver. No one responded. Vest vest vest courier service in India and other places. I hate it. One thing I am lot of suffered by this courier service. Please don't select this useless courier service.

Does what it is supposed to be doing. Nice and easy no-frills layout and navigation. No advertisements. Like the map feature of this app. All those negative reviews are primarily about the service that has nothing to do with this app. Would love to give 5 star rating if it displayed other content in English instead of Italian even when the default language is English.

Just downloaded it. None of My tracking numbers work. I know one item is coming from over seas but the other I don't think so because the seller said It would take 3-5 days so I dont think it's coming from bum f**ck Egypt

It's a simple, yet informative app. Layout isn't very appealing, but it works well. The ability to display shipment paths on a global map is a nice feature. The negative reviews are ridiculous. Complaining about delays in receiving your package from DHL has absolutely nothing to do with the performance of this application.

They are the worst delivery company ever. They have obnoxiously high duty charges and are difficult to deal with. They demand that I pay $27 duty on $24 worth of clothing. No other company charges like DHL. I would strongly recommend not using them. I only wish that I could leave zero stars

Horrible. Says there's an error every time I try to track my package, so I had to use the browser to search and it worked fine. Get someone who knows how to develop an app and then release it.

If you are sending to Kenya better you send by foot than this useless shipping I waited for my goods almost one week while they promised to reach here 3 days from hongkong...in addition they did not even called I keep following up until iam tired ...I request you guys better use another means and also they charged custom duties extra to benefit their stomachs too...be careful and don't say I did not warn you guys

Totally useless app. After the new update, even the tracking feature is not working anymore.

I am a new driver for DHL Express. Just wanted to say that we work very hard to get our packages to you customers on time and most of the time you aren't home (ur at work). We usually go back to the house if your not home later that night. The EXTRA CHARGE that you 1 star reviewers are getting is a charge that is NOT by DHL but by the government. It is a tax we all have to pay when importing goods into Canada. Or where ever . it's the BORDER CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE & we DONT BENEFIT FROM IT

People giving bad reviews because of packages being late... come on people... it's asking feedback for the app itself... it's a good simple app for tracking with no ads. Good job

I select EN but when I want to do a quote the web layout is in Italian ... Please help me change it to English then I'll give u a extra star.

Absolute rubbish don't waste your time downloading this the tracking isn't even in real time

very poor service ,I shipped an item from morocco to Canada and they delivered it one week later when there was not point of delivering it

Hei DHL I just want to tell why your system very lazy . I just enter a waybill and you said not in system but you just send a one paper and at the paper just said enter a waybill number on . On demand if you not fix it I will report

Works but cannot delete shipments from favorites. Also, shipment events in different timezones get mixed up.

Try two numbers, give error. Try same numbers on website, work. Uninstall, better next year?

It does not update the tracking of a shipment's status hence I could not track my package.

Didn't work on Galaxy S8. Couldn't register and couldn't track parcel. Kept saying there was an error lb the dhl end. Uninstalled.

Waybill number doesn't work in app but works on their site? Wtf is that. Useless app! Uninstalled.

The option to get quotation is in Spanish and I don't understand anything !!! There is no option to use in English

App is in Italian language only! How nutty is that for a glitch?

Worst tracking app I have ever used my package shipped from new Jersey from dhl and is being delivered by United states post service which not sure why it didn't just ship from the usps to begin with dhl app won't even open there own tracking number keeps saying awg error message when code is put in waist of time don't bother installing worst app ever used waist of phone space and time

The service of DHL is very very poor. Didnt deliver my parcel on time.. And even they deliver my parcel at wrong address and i found it after 5-6 days. They didnt even refund if ask for.. Very bad service..Delivery boys give products to wrong address..

Even when English is selected there's Italian on most of the menus. Some menus just bring you to a webpage instead of having the info in the app. The express customer service number is outdated and the profile section has no use. Shipment notifications don't work either. All in all I don't recommend it if you rely on DHL for deliveries as the desktop site will be more useful to you. As for casual use it just barely works.
