LICEO SCIENTIFICO STATALE “ALESSANDRO TASSONI”
Il Liceo Scientifico Statale “Alessandro Tassoni” è da sempre attento alla ricerca del benessere psicofisico della persona promuovendo progetti di educazione alla salute rivolti agli alunni.
Con questo progetto innovativo, ideato con la collaborazione attiva degli studenti, vogliamo rivolgerci non solo agli alunni ma estendere la nostra proposta di salute.
Partendo dalla comunità scolastica (studenti, personale docente e non docente, dirigenza) vogliamo sensibilizzare e invitare tutti ( compresi i nostri familiari) ad attivarsi adottando comportamenti che inducono ad ottenere un miglioramento del proprio stato di salute tramite l'esercizio fisico a bassa intensità.
Abbiamo così sviluppato questa APP , uno strumento semplice che può contribuire a migliorare lo stile di vita quotidiano di ciascuno di noi promuovendo l’esercizio fisico a intensità moderata.

TASSONI ATTIVO È UN “SERIOUS GAME”
TASSONI attivo è un’APP che appartiene alla categoria dei “serious games” o giochi seri per la salute. La loro caratteristica principale è quella di usare l’intrattenimento come mezzo attraverso cui educare le persone, guidarle ad apprendere determinate informazioni, e fornire le motivazioni adeguate per adottare un certo tipo di comportamento.
TASSONI attivo è un gioco di regolarità per rimanere in salute attraverso l’assunzione, nella routine quotidiana, di brevi momenti di movimento lento.
TASSONI attivo è un nuovo impianto sportivo personale e tascabile, a “km zero, costo zero e impatto zero”, che permette di raggiungere i benefici di chi fa esercizio fisico in modo regolare: la riduzione del rischio di malattie, il miglioramento della salute muscoloscheletrica, il controllo del peso corporeo, oltre agli effetti positivi sullo sviluppo della salute mentale e sui processi cognitivi.
È una campagna informativa in applicazione delle “Raccomandazioni Globali sull’attività fisica per la salute dell’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità”.
TASSONI attivo è un progetto che promuove la salute tramite pillole di movimento a piccole dosi (7-10 minuti) da inserire nella routine quotidiana e nei luoghi di vita, di lavoro e di studio delle persone.
Le pillole sono per la resistenza (camminata veloce o corsa lenta o altra attività aerobica), per la forza (rafforzamento muscolare) e per l’equilibrio (per migliorare l’equilibrio e prevenire le cadute).
Nell’applicazione ci sono 9 sezioni: banner - qui per registrati – Tassoni informa - velocità di passo - i miei dati – blister – report - premio – allarmi.
Nella sezione “i miei dati”, c’è la funzione per il calcolo della frequenza cardiaca in resa salute e le due procedure per fare il test di passo in resa salute.
I blister sono settimanali e sono 3: il blister di resistenza con 30 pillole da 10 minuti i blister di forza ed equilibrio con 15 pillole video ciascuno (da vedere e poi fare). Nei video l’esercizio è ripetuto più volte scandendo i movimenti e dando chiare e poche istruzioni vocali. Ogni video termina con l’indicazione di quante volte ripetere l’esercizio.
TASSONI attivo è associato alla pagina Facebook “progettocittaattiva ” dove saranno pubblicati articoli sintetici e attuali inerenti l’attività fisica e salute.

The Liceo Scientifico "Alessandro Tassoni" has always been committed to the research of psychological well-being of the person promoting projects of education to health to their students.
With this innovative project, developed with the active collaboration of the students, we want to address not only the pupils but extend our health proposal.
Starting from the school community (students, teaching and non-teaching staff, management) we want to raise awareness and invite everyone (including our family) to take action by adopting behaviors that lead to an improvement of their health through exercise at low intensity.
So we developed this APP, a simple tool that can help improve the daily lifestyle of each of us promoting physical exercise with moderate intensity.
 
TASSONI ASSETS IS A "SERIOUS GAME"
Active TASSONI is an APP that belongs to the category of "serious games" or serious games for health. Their main characteristic is to use entertainment as a means through which to educate the people, guide them to learn certain information, and provide any appropriate justification for adopting a certain type of behavior.
Active TASSONI is a regular game to stay healthy through the intake, the daily routine, the brief moments of slow motion.
TASSONI Active is a new staff and pocket sports facility, to "km zero, zero cost and zero" impact, which provides access to the benefits of those who exercise on a regular basis: the reduction of risk of diseases, improving musculoskeletal health , control of body weight, in addition to the positive effects on the development of mental health and on cognitive processes.
It is an information campaign under the "Global Physical Activity Recommendations for the World Health Organisation's Health".
Active TASSONI is a project that promotes health through movement pills in small doses (7-10 minutes) to be included in the daily routine and in the places of life, work and study people.
