CENTRO MANTOVANO DI SOLIDARIETÀ ARCA
Il Centro Mantovano di Solidarietà ARCA opera sul territorio mantovano per il recupero e il reinserimento dei ragazzi tossicodipendenti, ispirandosi al "Progetto Uomo" ideato da Don Mario Picchi.
Il Centro nasce di fatto negli anni '80 grazie ad un gruppo di volontari.
I principi ispiratori di "Progetto Uomo" costituiscono una valida indicazione sia per il recupero dalla tossicodipendenza, sia per tutti coloro che sono alla ricerca di una valorizzazione della propria identità, nel rispetto comunque dell'identità degli altri e senza cercare compromessi, senza porsi in concorrenza.
Arca Centro Mantovano di Solidarietà lavora per l'autorealizzazione di ciascun individuo partendo dalle risorse che risiedono in ognuno, valorizzandole.
Arca opera per il benessere dell'individuo nel suo pieno significato, curando la sua totale armonia, fisica e spirituale, impegnandosi nel creare nel soggetto una autentica condizione di equilibrio coinvolgendo tutti gli aspetti dell'essere umano.

COSTRUIRE IN PROJECT
Costruire in Project è specializzata nello sport, nella progettazione di contenuti prima dei contenitori e nel progetto di contenitori del movimento per vivere e vivere meglio.
Nel mese di Giugno 2010 L’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità ha pubblicato le raccomandazioni globali sull’attività fisica per la salute. È dal allora che stiamo lavorando per tradurre le raccomandazioni in strumenti per rendere più facili le scelte salutari.
Abbiamo sviluppato, per primi in Italia, i nuovi impianti sportivi educativi personali tascabili in “resa salute” per contrastare la malattia cronica non trasmissibile e l’epidemia dell’obesità diffusa.
Sono dei “serious games” (giochi seri) che promuovono la salute nelle comunità.
I giochi seri per la salute servono per ottenere risultati positivi in termini di cambiamento comportamentali e apprendimento e sono “giochi”, in formato digitale su dispositivi mobili, che applicano un'approccio a metà strada tra il ludico e il didattico.

ARCAttiva – UN PROGETTO DI COMUNITÀ
ARCAttiva è un progetto che promuove la salute nelle comunità tramite pillole di movimento a piccole dosi (7-10 minuti) da inserire nella routine quotidiana e nei luoghi di vita, di lavoro e di studio delle persone.
Le pillole sono per la resistenza (camminata veloce o corsa lenta o altra attività aerobica), per la forza (rafforzamento muscolare) e per l’equilibrio (per migliorare l’equilibrio e prevenire le cadute).
Ci sono 8 sezioni: banner - la comunità informa - velocità di passo - i miei dati – blister – report - premio – allarmi.
Nella sezione “i miei dati”, tra le altre, c’è la funzione per il calcolo della frequenza cardiaca in resa salute e le due procedure per fare il test di passo in resa salute.
I blister sono settimanali e sono 3: il blister di resistenza con 30 pillole da 10 minuti (da spuntare quando si assumano) e i blister di forza ed equilibrio con 15 pillole video ciascuno (da vedere e poi fare). Nei video l’esercizio è ripetuto più volte scandendo i movimenti e dando chiare e poche istruzioni vocali. Ogni video termina con l’indicazione di quante volte ripetere l’esercizio. The Mantovano Solidarity Center ARCA operates on the territory of Mantua for the recovery and reintegration of drug addicts, taking inspiration from the "Project Man" created by Don Mario Picchi.
The Centre actually born in the 80s by a group of volunteers.
The guiding principles of "Project Man" constitute a valid indication for both the recovery from addiction, and for all who are looking for an enhancement of their identity, while still complying with the identity of others and without seeking compromises, without asking for competition.
Ark Mantovano Solidarity Center works to self-realization of each individual starting from the resources that reside in each one, enhancing them.
Arca operates for the welfare of the individual in its full meaning, taking care of its total harmony, physical and spiritual, pledging to create an authentic subject of equilibrium involving all aspects of being human.

BUILD PROJECT
Building in Project specializes in sport, content design before containers and containers in motion the project to live and live better.
In the month of June 2010 The World Health Organization has published global recommendations on physical activity for health. It is from then that we are working to translate the recommendations in tools to make healthy choices easier.
We have developed, first in Italy, the new personal educational sports facilities in the pocket "made health" to counter the chronic non-communicable disease and widespread obesity epidemic.
They are of "serious games" (serious games) that promote health in the community.
The serious games for health need to achieve positive results in terms of behavioral change and learning and are "games", in digital format on mobile devices, which apply un'approccio halfway between the playful and educational.

ARCAttiva - A COMMUNITY PROJECT
ARCAttiva is a project that promotes health in communities via motion pills in small doses (7-10 minutes) to be included in the daily routine and in the places of life, work and study people.
The pills are for resistance (fast walking or slow running or other aerobic activity), strength (muscle-building) and the balance (to improve balance and prevent falls).
There are 8 sections: banner - informs the community - step speed - my data - blister - report - Prize - alarms.
In the "my data", among others, there is the function to calculate the heart rate yield health and the two procedures to make the step made health tests.
The blisters are weekly and 3: the resistance blister with 30 pills of 10 minutes (tick when you take) and the strengths and balance blisters with 15 pills each video (to see and then). In the video the exercise is repeated several times chanting the movements and giving clear and few voice instructions. Each video ends with an indication of how many times to repeat the exercise.
