From Trendhunter.com:
The Rhythm Runner app is a supremely clever next-generation app that matches your music to your running pace. By using any smartphone’s accelerometer, it can measure your pace and automatically match music to the beats per minute of the music stored on your phone.
For those keen runners out there, you know how annoying it is to have to keep stopping and madly pressing buttons to change a track. The Rhythm Runner app eradicates this problem. Featuring google map intergration, calorie counting, and speed trackers, this genius gadget is a holistic fitness feature.

Doesn't work at all, and if you check the developer's page, their domain expired some time back... So don't even worry about getting updates. Great idea though.
Took 30 min. to scan all my audio files (most not music), then said none had BPM data. Does nothing but freeze when I run it, and won't force close.
It doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy III in that apparently it runs in background (aggressively, restarts after force close) but when made active no screen shows. So whether it's doing anything at all or nothing, pretty useless. Though I wish it would as it would be the perfect app I'd love to have.
No option to choose where your music is located. Scans whole SD card which includes ringtones and application sounds
Finds podcast episodes but not music. Should let me set exact location/folder of mp3s to use, but thinks it's smarter than I am and fails miserably.
Crashes when I run. Pity because it's a great idea. Not for the Sensation XE though.
Oh my god this is crap!
Doesn't recognize music. HTC incredible.
Took an hour to sort my music out on the pc. But once it did, this became my choice software to run with. Brilliant.
Haven't had chance to use this as it requires you to use a PC app to generate BPMs first. Uninstalled.
Can't get it to train my music.
Freezes at scanning media
Updates now working great. Found 99% of my music. Can't wait for more updates
Opens multiple windows. Stays open in background. Can't kill with task killer. Uninstall
Kept freezing when configuring media.
Terrible. It took an hour to get it working and then only read 3 songs from my whole library. Don't download.1*
It keeps foreclosing.
Kept crashing
