About Tether UP!
"Tether UP!" keeps wifi tethering active by periodic monitoring the tethering state.
Once activated, the app can be closed and recalled by its own icon on the notification bar.
The service (if activated) is started at boot, allowing wifi tethering since the device startup.
Activating the wifi connection during "Tether UP!" wifi tethering suspends the tethering until wifi is deactivated.

Been looking all day for a method to turn on tethering at boot. This is the first I've found that works with Android 4.3 and a Galaxy S2. Hurrah! And it's so simple, too!

Feature is needed badly, but does not work, would be a killer app for metropcs users, without keepalive, you have to constantly manually reenable, on my phone app was stuck in an enable/disable loop
