Health Care

L’App Health Care si rivolge agli utenti del SSN e si propone di agevolare la ricerca dei servizi sociali e sanitari presenti nel territorio della provincia di Frosinone, informando e orientando l’utente su quali ASL/Distretti offrono tempi d’attesa inferiori nell’erogazione della prestazione sanitaria.
Gli utenti dell’App potranno individuare, all’interno del Distretto, la struttura più adatta per accedere alla prestazione e conoscerne le principali informazioni, quali ad es. l’indirizzo dove recarsi, tempi e modalità d’accesso.
Gli utenti, dall’interno dell’App, potranno mettersi direttamente in contatto con il servizio RECUP per poter prenotare un appuntamento.
Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto dei servizi sociali, gli utenti dell’App avranno modo di essere informati non solo sull’offerta pubblica ma anche su quella del settore privato e su quella del volontariato, sia quello delle organizzazioni censite ufficialmente sia quello della galassia variegata del volontariato non ufficiale, che però rappresenta una risorsa importante e “vicina” anche territorialmente dove il bisogno si manifesta.
L’uso dell’App produrrà benefici non solo per gli utilizzatori diretti dell’App ma anche per tutti gli utenti del SSN della Provincia di Frosinone perché, contribuendo a ridurre gli ingolfamenti di richieste e facilitando una migliore distribuzione territoriale delle prestazioni erogate, otterrà un vantaggio generale nel miglioramento dei tempi d’attesa.

L’applicazione mobile è in grado di fornire al cittadino le seguenti funzioni:

Servizi sanitari

• Ricercare , in modalità georeferenziata, dove viene erogata la prestazione desiderata:
1. Ricercare la prestazione.
2. Visualizzare l’elenco di ASL/Distretti erogatori, con i tempi di attesa per la prestazione.
3. Selezionare una ASL/Distretto per visualizzare una lista con le strutture che erogano la prestazione.
4. Selezionare una struttura specifica per visualizzare il dettaglio informativo (es.: informazioni principali, eventuali note relative alla prestazione, ecc.) e la posizione su mappa geografica.
• Accedere in modo agevolato al sistema regionale di prenotazione ReCup:

Il Progetto Health Care, finanziato dalla Regione Lazio (Direzione Regionale: POLITICHE SOCIALI, AUTONOMIE, SICUREZZA E SPORT Area: IMPRESA SOCIALE E SERVIZIO CIVILE det. n° G17457 del 03/12/2014), è nato in risposta all’Avviso Pubblico denominato “Innova Tu: la nuova sfida dell’innovazione sociale”, di cui alle determinazioni dirigenziali del 10 luglio 2014 e del 29 luglio 2014 n. G10919.

L'App Health Care nasce in una Cooperativa Sociale, di tipo B, nella quale lavorano diverse centinaia di persone diversamente abili. Le informazioni presentate sono ricavate principalmente da open data pubblici, continuamente aggiornate e seguite da operatori specializzati. The Health Care App is intended for users of the NHS and aims to facilitate the search for social and health services in the province of Frosinone, informing and guiding the user as to which ASL / Districts offer waiting times lower in ' delivery of the health service.
The App users will be able to identify, within the District, the most appropriate structure for access to the provision and know the most important information, such as eg. the address where to go, when and how access.
Users, from within the App, will make direct contact with the service RECUP to book an appointment.
As for the appearance of social services, the App users will be able to be informed not only on Public Offering but also on that of the private sector and that of voluntary organizations is to be officially counted as Galaxy varied Volunteering is not official, but it is an important resource and "near" also territorially where the need occurs.

The app comes in a Health Care Cooperative, type B, in which several hundred people working with disabilities. The information presented is derived mainly from public open data, continually updated and followed by specialized operators.
