Rubbish. Brought a washer tumble drying. Down load app dose not work. Tried on three different phones and a iPad. Only brought this item because of the app. By reading all the other review s on here think its not only me. Need to sort out as at the moment you seem to be false advertising something that does not work. On your products. How about a discount back to use for your faulty app.

My brand new washer isn't even able connect with the app.

What i need to do to connect my washer gvs4 137 dw3/2-s with my wifi? How can i bring it to rr mode?

Rubbish useless for fridge

No option for a fridge freezer. Tried selecting the fridge option, but it then doesn't recognize the serial number.

Doesn't connect. Read the reviews Candy, it's an absolute joke. Did a chimp write the code for the App? I have never seen so many bad reviews for an App ever. And you're not doing yourself any favours with the generic so called "Reply" if you were genuinely "Very Sorry 'you'd bloody sort it. Plus why does a bloody dishwasher need access to my pictures? Any other info you require, where I stash the spare front door key?

Never have i seen such a grab on personal data. Why do big companies think they have the right to our data which they sell anyway and . profit from our private data. Takes the piss. Hand some of the money back to us and we might think about it. Keep your app, im happy to use it manully

Garbage. Downloaded APP but it wont let me past the 'Privacy' page. I dont accept the use of my email or mobile phone number being used for anything other than direct contact about the appliance I have bought. It appears Candy want to use my details in any way they see fit. This is unacceptable.

Utterly hopeless. Doesn't connect to the machine with NFC, doesn't recognise voice commands. By far the worst app I've ever come across. Let hope the machine fares better although if the app is indicative of Candy then I fear I've bought a clunker.

I really liked the app before the recent update. I have a washer and with the update it has deleted all the different wash programmes you could choose from that aren't programmed on the machine. I know you can customise a cycle yourself but I found it useful having ones available for me to select for example the cuddly toy cycle and bed linen, towels things like that. I also find it hit and miss with the smart touch.

Whilst I was able to register and connect to my new tumble dryer via NFC on my phone (S6) very easily, the only thing I can use the app for is to run 'reports'. All the available programmes are those already available simply by turning the dial on the machine. This is especially disappointing as the Demo account shows extra drying programmes such as for bedsheets, trainers and duvets which aren't manually available on the machine and would have come in useful. Whilst you can set up your own programmes, this is not intuitive and as the options are so limited, I cannot see how you can complement the already available programmes. In short, please add more programmes to this app for tumble dryers (CSC8LF)!

Started off well. Found the tumble dryer and connected. I can select the cycle I want and start the machine via the app but it will not sync at all. It only shows one cycle that I've never even used, not exactly how it's advertised by yourselves Candy!!! I get none of the information from the dryer that is shown on the app preview, does it even exist? Verdict: Does not perform as advertised, not fit for purpose.

Neither works on android or iPhone. If I'd have known this I'd have bought a different dryer. Very dissatisfied. I'm the 804th person to do 1 star only because zero is not available.

absolute joke. spent an hour like an idiot holding and moving the phone around the washing machine. doesn't connect. terrible terrible app.

This App is useless. I've tried using it with different phones and neither connected with my wash dryer. I am very disappointed, as the customer service is non supporting whatsoever. Was hoping the App could substitute that.

Seems the app has compatability issues. Old Version 1.6.20 works on my Samsung S3. That version and the latest do not work on my Samsung S7. Good to know my washing machine is ok.

I purchased the tumble dryer specifically for the smart touch feature, but the app does not work, it's make a noise and tells me to wait whilst it syncs and then nothing happened. Waste of time and money, will be sending dryer back and asking for a refund due to missale of product.

It connected to my phone the first time, then just wouldn't connect! Done a Smart check up and smelt burning, so turned everything off! Is this normal?

Will not connect using nfc and Wi-Fi is non existent useless app

It doesn't work. I've been waving my phone at my tumble dryer for a while now, placing it it in every possible position in the hopes that something will happen. Sometimes it makes a noise like it's connected but then it does nothing. What a waste of time. To be fair I didn't decide to buy it based on this function but it would be nice if it worked anyway.

Giving one star because zero is not an option. Doesn't give a choice for fridge freezer meaning the app is useless.

It doesn't recognise the serial number, I'm guessing as there's no option for fridge freezer!

App didn't recognise serial number. Customer support eventually responded and all now resolved.

Won't recognise my appliance by entering the serial number. Will try soon again though with a new microwave next week. Update: I tried this app with the new microwave, as I arriwed to registering, I had difficulties finding the serial number which is crucial. The application gave me a text description (without images) where to find the s.n. It should be on the warranty page it says. So I took the 'CERTIFICATO DI GARANZIA' paper (everyone talks Italian ofc!) and turned it to the left, to the right trying to find the code, only code looking thing was a line containing letters with numbers. The application won't take letters. The application becomes useless. Tried with two devices without success. The application also misses tablet size which is a great disappointment. Buttons are left out from the screen, making it impossible to register. The input text is also unreadable. I took a look from the UX point of view, and so far it scored very low.

The app simply will not connect to the washing machine. Why use NFC when Bluetooth would have been much easier? It wasn't a deciding factor when buying the washing machine, but I thought that the issues would have been rectified by this point. Are their any plans to fix this or will it be a redundant feature forever!?!?!

After reading all the bad reviews about this app, I decided to try it myself. I connected up straight away and it worked. Being honest it's easier just to turn the dial to the correct setting rather than fuss about on your phone. Dryer is awesome.

Tumble dryer does not connect to my nfc enabled phone... I did send them an email, they never replied...

Won't connect at all with my smart platinum 7. However it does connect with OH Samsung j5. Its me that needs the app, hence 1 star until updated.

I purchased the latest Candy washing machine named Bianca but I can't connect with. I'm very disappointed because I've chosen it mainly for its smart and remote features. Following the connection steps a connection error occurred at the end but Bianca is connected to the router. I don't know what's the problem but the app doesn't work. I've already contact twice the support team but still no solutions are provided. I'm waiting for... I hope a solution will be provide

Useless!!! Can not use it. Will not allow to registrate since it claims there is No internett. But i got internett, otherwise i would not be able to install it.

Won't connect on my galaxy s5 or my wife's iPhone 6. Very disappointed

I would like to use this App, however when following the instructions to activate the Machines WiFi, nothing happens. The NFC is also currently not working as expected.

Rubbish it just doesn't work what's the point of it ?
