CassaXpress e PagaSmart possono essere utilizzati esclusivamente nei punti vendita
Auchan in cui il servizio è abilitato.

CASSAXPRESS:
Registrazione

1. Abilita la carta fedeltà al box accoglienza. Se non hai ancora la carta fedeltà puoi richiederla gratuitamente al box accoglienza, la carta sarà subito attiva.
2. Attiva il WiFi del tuo smartphone e associalo alla rete "AuchanSelf".

Spesa

1. Dopo esserti collegato alla rete WiFi "AuchanSelf" inquadra il QR code di inizio spesa posto all'ingresso dell'ipermercato.
2. Per aggiungere o rimuovere un prodotto al tuo carrello inquadra il codice a barre, per acquistare più pezzi dello stesso prodotto premi più volte il tasto "+" .
3. Al messaggio "Articolo inesistente" riprova ad aggiungere il prodotto almeno una seconda volta. In caso l'errore persista consegna l'articolo a fine spesa alla cassiera.
4. Per concludere la spesa recati alle casse dedicate “CassaXpress” ed inquadra il codice di fine Spesa che ti porgerà la hostess.

* Verranno effettuati dei controlli a campione sulla spesa effettuata.

PAGASMART:
PagaSmart ti permette di pagare la tua spesa in Auchan con il tuo smartphone

Registrazione

1. Associa la tua carta di credito del circuito Visa o Mastercard al tuo smartphone accedendo al sito https://payment.auchan.it da pc o tablet e seguendo le istruzioni
2. Ti verrà richiesto di scegliere un pin di 4 cifre che garantirà la sicurezza dei tuoi pagamenti
3. Una volta completata la registrazione online recati al box accoglienza di un ipermercato Auchan dove è attivo il servizio per la consegna della documentazione firmata

Pagamento
1. Collegati alla rete Wifi “AuchanSelf”
2. Recati alle casse e al termine del passaggio dei prodotti comunica alla hostess che vuoi utilizzare il servizio PagaSmart
3. Apri la funzione PagaSmart dall’App Auchan e inquadra il Qr code che troverai sulla cassa
4. Inserisci il pin

Recording
