Per utilizzare la App, se sei un cliente già registrato ai servizi online luce e gas, è sufficiente inserire gli stessi username e password che usi per accedere all'Area Clienti del sito asmset.ro.it.

Utilizzare AsmSet App è facile e intuitivo. Ti permette di visualizzare tutte le forniture attive e i tuoi consumi semplicemente spostandoti da una fornitura all’altra con un trascinamento da destra verso sinistra direttamente dalla pagina principale.

Tieni monitorato l’andamento dei tuoi consumi
Scorrendo dal basso verso l’alto l’home page puoi visualizzare i grafici dei consumi annui di gas e luce relativi agli ultimi 3 anni di fornitura.

Verifica i dati dei contratti
Il numero del contratto, il numero del PDR gas o del POD luce, l’indirizzo di fornitura e quello eventualmente diverso di spedizione, la matricola del contatore gas, la tipologia di mercato in cui vengono forniti il gas e la luce, la descrizione dell’offerta attualmente in vigore e la tipologia di pagamento adottata.

Controlla le bollette e la situazione dei pagamenti
Visualizza la data di emissione, il periodo a cui fanno riferimento i consumi di gas ed energia elettrica, l’importo da saldare in euro, l’importo saldato, la data di scadenza e se il pagamento risulta effettuato oppure no. Scarica le bollette direttamente sul tuo dispositivo sia nel formato sintetico che nel formato dettagliato.

Invia la lettura del contatore
Inserisci sul tuo dispositivo le cifre su fondo nero che leggi sul contatore del gas riportando anche la data di lettura, se il tuo contatore è elettronico inserisci i numeri visualizzati sullo schermo escludendo le cifre dopo la virgola.

Esamina lo storico delle letture
La funzione riporta la data in cui è stata rilevata la lettura del contatore, il valore della lettura in mc o KWh, il consumo di mc o KWh del periodo, il consumo giornaliero, il tipo lettura rilevata e l’origine della lettura.
