Diumbo is a “social discovery” APP that helps you hang out with people nearby.

It’s a new way of connecting people easily and meaningfully. Because modern technologies should bring us closer, not distance us.

Well, it shows you only people who are really nearby and you can talk to in person; you might find it useful in a pub, concert, business conference or wherever you are enclosed by interesting people you want to know better; and it doesn’t use GPS but sophisticated wi-fi triangulation so it works better while respecting your privacy and last but not least you don't need any wi-fi password.
