Prima App ANIT dedicata al VAN degli interventi di riqualificazione energetica. Un utile strumento che ANIT propone per verificare l’efficacia degli interventi di isolamento termico in termini economici.
Lo scopo della valutazione del VAN (Valore Attuale Netto) per gli interventi di riqualificazione energetica è capire il tempo di ritorno dell’investimento e la proiezione dei possibili ricavi per il tempo utile previsto.

Quindi il VAN restituisce la proiezione del valore dell’investimento rispetto gli anni di durata minima.
