CityWeb Thiene

Applicazione fornita gratuitamente dal Comune di Thiene (VI) per l’interfacciamento col portale City Web Thiene.

L’App consente di inserire, e successivamente monitorare, segnalazioni riguardanti disservizi sul territorio comunale di Thiene: ad esempio è possibile segnalare un lampione non funzionante, una buca nella strada, incuria nelle zone verdi, ecc.

Per ogni segnalazione è necessario fornire tipologia, titolo e descrizione e, facoltativamente, è possibile localizzare il problema (con stradario oppure via geolocalizzazione GPS) ed allegare foto.

Le segnalazioni vengono inoltrate agli uffici comunali competenti e sarà sempre possibile monitorarne lo stato di avanzamento.

Per utilizzare l’app è necessario essere registrati su CityWeb Thiene oppure effettuare la registrazione tramite l’app stessa.

The App allows you to enter, and subsequently monitor, reports regarding outages throughout the municipality of Thiene: for example you can report a street light not working, a hole in the road, carelessness in green areas, etc.

For each message you must provide the type, title and description, and, optionally, you can locate the problem (with street or geolocation via GPS) and attach photos.

The reports are forwarded to the city office and will always be possible to monitor the progress.

To use the app you must be registered on CityWeb Thiene or register through the app itself.
