Airgap.it - be your own bank

With AirGap.it you can now be your own bank and do entirely secure crypto transactions. You can set up the AirGap Client on an air gapped machine with our handy distro and then use the AirGap Mobile App to create your secure transaction to this machine.

This air gapped solution consists of 2 components (See the steps https://airgap.it/#steps or the full tutorial https://airgap.it/how-to-create-a-complete-transaction-with-airgap-tutorial/):

• A broadcaster, that is connected to the blockchain and deals only with public data
• A Signer, which is air gapped and deals with the secret bits

The broadcaster retrieves the required network information for a given address (nonce & gas price). This information is typed into the signer, which can create and sign the transaction. The signed transaction is later on transferred (through QR code) to the broadcaster which will broadcast the transaction.

Which Crypto Currencies Are Currently Supported?
Currently we support only Ethereum (ETH) but more will follow soon.
