The only thing that makes this app different to a stopwatch is that it tells you when to run, walk and when your halfway through. There is no support
I love this app! It makes me push myself beyond my limits.
Simple & smooth interface. Intervals preset. Eg. Easy is 30 mins of 2:00 walk, 2:00 jog. Not customizable.

One every 2 minutes. Sure it's because it's free, but there are 50 other apps that don't have ads every 2 minutes that cover your entire screen

I loved this app on my iPhone but on my Android the it will not properly sync to my music folder.

I'm Obese Class II. I tilt the scale at a whopping 196 pounds (88 kilos) at only 5 feet and I was able to complete Day One's Basic Training! This App is simple and easy to use without the nuisance of additional devices or having to activate your gps etc. It is tailored to meet your individual needs and runs according to your own music play list. At your weakest you can train every second day. As you develop from strength to strength, you can increase the level from basic to advanced.
Editing the length would be great if done. Otherwise its OK.

Really simple. Perfect for what I need. The only thing I wish was that during the run part it was nice to have some 'keep going' or something because I zone out and slow down.
