How can I tell what the noise disturbances are? They are always around the same time. Want to know if it's me snoring, the cat doing something, a ghost, or aliens coming at night.

N70%
by N####:

Apart from the fact that the alarm goes off again at set time even though I used Smart Alarm and it had woken me up 15 minutes prior, it's a pretty good product.

Good device, useless app. Now a weird paperweight.

Suggestion: what do you think about a widget that shows room stats like temp humidity etc?

Love it!!! The first thing I do in the morning... Happy to have my sense!

M70%

I have the original model so no enhanced audio. There are some cool visualization tools in the app but I can't always find them. The app often thinks I got up and out of bed before I did (I'm a 'snoozer'). I'd like to be able to add comments each morning or to go back and add notes days later to help understand what lifestyle factors contribute to good or bad sleep over time

M70%

Still no enchanced audio after so ooo long. It was promised as a feature on launch...

Brilliant app and brilliant hardware. Makes tracking sleep so easy.

After so much time after launching the kickstarter campaign, still can't hear the sound disturbances during the night! (what woke you up or disturbed your sleep) and Bring back swype swiping between tabs!

Please bring back swiping between tabs

Was given this as a gift over a year ago, and was quickly disappointed to learn it doesn't track day time sleep. I work nights and so this expensive device is now halfway useless.

Love the smart alarm, and the sound machine. Only thing that could be improved is battery life on the pill, and the "nature" sounds are pretty bad. I prefer them over music, but they aren't great so I normally use white or brown noise.

I had an application bug that caused it crash on launch, but they Devs fixed it! within a day! wow. good job

Thanks for the prompt update to the app after the repeated crashes on loading (new year bug?), it's now working again!! :D

Pillow sensor poorly designed , especially due to the need to replace the battery so often. The cover retainer "clips" break off easily and alignment for it is hit and miss . The accuracy of sleep wake cycles are so far off, a pen and paper log should have been included:( I installed a video camera with sound to actually record my REAL sleep activity, and the data suggests that sound and light sensor , as well as the above mentioned sleep cycles , proved to be hit and miss over the 10 days I tested.

New features keeps coming out, precision is getting better. We bring our sense even if we stay at hotels, love it!

This app and alarm clock have made it possible for me to juggle full time school, 35 hours a week of work and also have a little time for fun and still get sleep. I've also never had more restful and rejuvenating sleep than with sense.

Needs a way to add an option when waking up at night. I have a baby who wakes up at night so I wake every 2 hours and the app thinks I keep on sleeping. The sleeping duration has to be more flexible for manual adjustments.

J70%

Considering the price of the app+ device I think they could do more. Was pretty disappointed they want to change IAP for extras on top of what I've already paid.

The Sense product is an interesting idea that has only lightened my wallet as an impulse buy. It's a great bit of creative marketing that tempts you to expose your privacy to an overpriced toy that makes poor assumptions from sensor and microphone input. But it gets smarter over time, right? Latest firmware improved device stability, but for what? Stupid is as stupid does. My neighbors a block over could do as well telling me whether or not I went to sleep last night. A refund makes the most sense.

When setting up, the app forces you to enable GPS location, allegedly in order to scan for Bluetooth devices. This is completely bogus, and everyone who's ever paired their Bluetooth headphones knows it.

M70%
by M####:

Would give it 6 stars if it had material design

I really like being able to see my sleep score. My only problem with it is that I get up earlier than my partner so if I don't take the Pill off my pillow it tracks his sleep so I have to adjust. I read a review that said it doesn't track when you're awake at night, but mine does and it's fairly accurate. Is it perfect, no, but for getting an idea of your sleeping patterns it is great.

M70%
by M####:

In theory, this is a good idea. However, it seems to rate your sleep based on what time you go to bed and when you wake up. It cannot tell if you wake up for hours during the night. Mine seems to be accurate only one day per week and the rest of the days I have to adjust the time I went to bed, fell asleep and woke up. I would not recommend this device to anyone.

I really hope I will be able to use my sense, even though the company is sadly done. They were very helpful in troubleshooting when my alarm stopped sounding. I hope they find a new home for this great product!

I really hope the functionality we currently have stays around once Hello is gone. This device is amazing, helped my mornings so much. No longer wake up feeling groggy.

I wanted to love this device. It was said to do exactly what I've been looking for - track sleep without a phone present. He results however, have been very frustrating. I have never woken up to this alarm - despite being easy to wake. My partner however is woken every. single. time. and claims it to be way too loud. After my partner wakes me - I then stumble in a stupor for a couple of hrs trying to wake up. Not what I need at 6am in the morning! The lack of snooze is also frustrating. I've found I don't need to snooze - if I'm woken properly. Now however, the lack of snooze is very apparent and I had to add multiple alarms to act as a snooze. Finally, and without warning, a connection was lost somewhere and I wasn't woken. As others have said, I now have a weird, over priced paperweight..

company is now bankrupt and closing it's doors. Probably because it never worked in the first place

Product has been discontinued. Company has closed. Disappointing project from start to finish

Company is now defunct. This app and the hardware that it utilizes is now worthless.

Saved my mornings - used to be the biggest struggle of the day, now calm and, if not pleasant then pleasently neutral in comparison :-)

Still no IFTTT support ???

D70%

Sense has changed my sleep game. I've been able to alter room conditions to promote better sleep. Worth every penny!!!

M70%
by M####:

Not working correctly , the sleep sound is way too loud

M70%
by M####:

Useful data but it is mostly just fun.

D70%
by D####:

It's a neat idea but needs more tweaking. I have sleep problems(sleep apnea, night sweats, etc) and this system really only catches issues regular sleepers have. Suggestion for devs, try to incorporate the phone's sensors as well. I'd my phone gets up and moves at 2am, it's probably not a "noise disturbance" and is me getting out of bed with my phone.
